I want to know, because I want to start playing Season 2, but I lost my original save data from Season 1, so I don't know if I'd be missing bits of the game. I just want to get the whole experience.
Does save game data transfers from The Walking Dead(Telltale Games) Season 1 to Season 2?

Yes, TWD season 2 checks for your save when you start the game but only if it's present on your hard drive. If you lost it no it will not. If you want the full expierence you'll have to replay season 1.
