None until I beat the campaign, which will take me weeks, as the first two games did. If I decide to give it a whirl afterward (and I mean, I'm sure I'll give it a couple of hours before exiting just in case I enjoy it) I'll probably open with a Reaver or Assassin.
I'm not fond of the idea of "spoiling" any potential SP areas with a MP first impression is all. Plus my time will be limited as the semester will be drawing to a close and this is shaping up to be my most challenging one yet.

My first choice was gonna be the Qunari guy but out of those 4 I reckon the Assassin or Archer. I'll switch around a lot like I did with ME3 Multiplayer though.
