I like the archer or elementalist. However, I'll pick the class type I liked in sp for my mp toon. That is even if it takes me sometime to unlock it.

Yeah, I'm kind of thinking you might be right about this.  I have a feeling that it's going to a "card unlock" system similar to how you had to buy crates to unlock the other MP characters in ME 3.  I'm not thrilled about it because the only one of these characters that I really want to play as is the Legionnaire.  I hope I don't have to keep buying "crate" after "crate" to unlock the Katari and Alchemist, who are the ones that I'm really interested in.

That is a good assumption, I guess I'll be going Elementalist to start with then.

Out of those four, probably the Legionnaire.

 

Although assuming they have it, I would pick a Knight Enchanter styled character.

As I understand it, you can either get Reaver armor from a 'crate' from a treasure chest, or you can break down items you have, and craft your own armor.

Archer. If only because it doesn't look exciting, therefore I theorize it will have some hidden awesomeness that makes it worth having.

Of these for (which are presumably the 4 unlocked at the start of the game) I'd take Elementalist. Then work toward unlocking Reaver and Necromancer and use whichever of them I feel like. Maybe add in assassin sometime so I've got a rogue.

The Legionnaire, even though I'm not a fan of dwarves I do like being a warrior/tank in these types of games.

Necromancer or Elementalist. Mages and I just seem to have so much fun killing stuff together.

Of those 4 definitely going to narrow it down between the Archer and Assassin, leaning towards the latter.  That is of course assuming you get the stealthy and high single target damage gameplay that the name implies.

I'd have to go with Archer. It seems fast paced and you can get that sweet back flip. Elementalist has to be fun too with the big booms, and Assassin looks cool but I'm terrible at being stealthy. Legionnaire would probably be my last choice, but that's just because I've never been a big fan of tanking.

Necromancer.  I just love the utility of restoring myself by absorbing dead bodies.  Also, zombies.
