I loved the champion armor, and I whole-heartedly agree; it sucks to have the cool stuff the last hour of an 80 hour game, but with customization I'm hoping this will be different. Also, I have a vain hope of new game plus.
Could we not be forced to wait until end-game to get the really cool outfits this time around?

I agree waiting until act 3 to get the champion set sucks since there is no ng+ only getting it for one act sucks. So i hope there are more great early armours in this game.
