Imagine visiting a forum, only to have a major game revelation revealed by one or two ass****s who posted spoiler containing title. I'm sure others fell into the same trap.

So here's a few suggestions on what to do for the next BW game, to be implemented days within release:

1. Have several additional moderators on the forums, round the clock without fail.

2. ALL forum post title and contents are to be checked for spoilers and approved by a moderator before being posted on the database proper.

3. Any posters who attempt to spoil the game are to be banned immediately.

4. Reported threads containing spoilers are to be attended to immediately.

If you have time to read the forums in the days following release, you should be playing Mass Effect 2.

How about you just don't visit the forum a few days before release? Not defending the troublemakers who are intentionally trying to mess with you guys. I am just saying...

Not True.

One of the Moderators has given her tweet account name and invited anyone to contact her if the spoiler attacks resume.

I have worked in community management for an MMO in the past. Those forums were moderated 24/7 without fail.

No I know an MMO is a different type of game, requiring different kinds of supervision on the forums. But still... I find myself more annoyed at BioWare, than the people who posted the spoilers and there content.

They dropped the ball here and I hope they learn a lesson from it.

Though, at this point I am drawing a line under this incident and getting back to hotly anticipating ME2.

how about just not come on this forum? The game is 2 days away. Any discussion at this point is beating a dead horse, and given that so many people have the game already, you KNOW people are gonna be posting spoilers. Suck it up and wait for the game or prepare to get spoiled on here.

I think that's such an odd defence of the situation. One I am hearing all over.

This is meant to be a spoiler free forum... So how can you even argue the point that "we are close to release so expect to be spoiled if you come to the forum"?

If the form is properly managed that should not be the case.
