Does anyone know of any official sources relating to the height and size of all squadmates? Im planning to have figures custom made for each of them and would love them to be at the right scale with each other.

Thats what bugs me. The squad selection screen shows them at different scale, but once in game, theyre all at the same height. >.<

Tried to post some photos and a vid it wont let me do it. They're only the same size during combat. Cut scenes show their size off properly.

Wrex > Grunt > Garrus not much diff between them.

James and Javik appear the same size followed up by Zaeed.

Tali >  Samara > Joker (When he's not hunched over) > EDI> Jacob > Cortez

Kasumi > Ashley > Miranda > Liara and Traynor look the same followed by Jack.

Garrus has plating, I suppose that weighs a lot.

Miranda... well.. yeah that's not possible.

Btw, someone from the UK using kilograms and not something awful like a stone. I'm impressed :P

Btw, people: the length of a squaddie on the squad selection screen can be deceptive. If they hold their gun up they'll look smaller. (all pics are the same size, so if you hold your gun up you'll appear smaller cause the gun has to fit in the pic)

I'm an engineer. Imperial measurements are bollocks as far as I am concerned (plus we don't learn them in school and haven't for at least 30 years).
Still do distance and speeds in miles though, which is baffling.

I used screen shots from citadel as a reference it's the only place you get them all together at once. Which is why no Thane or Mordin i'm sure someone can figure out where they fit though Thane seems tall or maybe he's just lanky.

I was under the impression that in every day speech the Brits still used units like stones, miles (as you do) and those other horrible units :P

Eh some do. I'm in the supermarket right now, I'll take a picture of something to show we measure in kg..

Well that's about the only plus you have in the units of measurement department :P

Yeah, but isn't that by law? i.e. stores have to show it in metric units?

Fahrenheit > Celsius

sure its less logical, but its better for comparing, Celsius is too large per unit

Yes it is illegal, sometimes you get both. But in general imperial measurements are going out (even beer is starting to be sold in 330 etc due to it being bottled and so on).
There are still outliers though but it's just a matter of time I think.

Decimal fractions? 10 degrees, 10.1 degrees, 10.01 degrees, 10.001 degrees, and so on and so farth. 'too large unit' doesn't exist.

bringing in decimals when talking about the weather is a tad much

I think these figures are way off.  Shepard is supposed to be somewhere around 6-foot - 6'2, and Garrus is noticeably taller.  I'd guess his height at anywhere between 6'6 and 7-foot.  And at that height 235 lbs would make him pretty gangly.  He's probably more in the 250-270 range, if not somewhere around 300.

I'd say the Grunt and Wrex estimates are probably pretty close.

Jacob 5'10 and 205?  I don't think so.  He was around Shepard's height and he was pretty jacked.  I'd say 220 - 230.

Also, I don't see James on there.  James I'd guess around 6'4 and 250 - 260.

Some of the women seem off too.  Miranda always struck me as a bit of an amazon, so I'd say 5'8 might be a bit low.  I'd say between 5'10 - 6-foot.

Some of the others are similarly off, in my estimation, but you get the idea.

Figures ain't mine and i agree they're a bit of.

But when it comes to Miranda being 6', i have to disagree.

Remember her loyalty mission on Ilium?

The part where Miri walks towards the eclipse radio in order to  pick it up.

My first thought was Damn those heels are high.

Yeah, my first thought was totally about her heels too

Given both Jacob and Kaidan's muscles, they probably weigh more than what's there. If Jacob is 5'10, he's probably about 210, Kaidan's probably the same weight, he's not as jacked as Jacob.

I doubt Miranda is 6'. She might be Jacob's height, but she seems a lot shorter than Shepard.

Garrus and Tali are both too light and short in those estimates, especially the former's weight and the latter's height. Miranda is too heavy unless her bum weighs 40 lb

On second thought, all the females (except maybe Ash) are too light for the things they are seen doing in game and the muscle mass it would require, though I guess cybernetics could help. That's probably not the actual reason why they are built like they are...though.
