Bioware, please inform EA that for years PC Gamers have been your life's blood, and delaying project releases on PC because of issues with Microsoft or Sony is ridiculous. You don't need to release DLC's on all platforms on the same date, especially when it forces you to hold back releases for one platform because it's not ready for the rest of them.

I say this, because it's common knowledge that RTO has been complete for PC for quite sometime, and that the only reason it hasn't been released still is issues with the console versions. Just as the main title was ready for PC, but was delayed because of console issues.

lol...so....what you basically want is this:

A small subsiduary company...telling one of (if not the) biggest publishers in the world what to do...

Because the two biggest software etc makers want things doing their way?

Hmmm.....ooookaaaayyyy......

Common knowledge to anyone who does their research through 3rd party sources. Also, yes some of us do have a "clue" on it.

It's necessary to couch the complaint in terms of "This negative behavior WILL cost you millions of dollars." Which it won't. Complaints galore, but the vast, overwhelming majority of gamers will _still_ throw their money at EA games.

She would get banned for that, what she says is true however.

She's right, I can't say anything on that. Google is a beautiful thing though Madcat.

Last I heard that particular area showed there were still quite a few bugs, though mostly minor.

EA wants monies?

Seriosuly, think of how mad those pesky console users would be if they didn't get everything how they wanted.

What I meant is that the explanation is in the rules.

If there are issues with the console versions of the DLC, there are issues with the PC version, because they are 98% identical; the 2% differences are in files that most players don't bother to be aware of, simply because they aren't interested in, or able to, mod the game. So apparently the common knowledge is wrong.

Its not only common knowledge..Victor said it was so in his last posting. :P

They supposedly have a new testing method they are using in favor of whatever they were doing before.   This testing method itself has to be tested.   Information/communication access/privilege whatever you want to call it..will be given to the community manager in order that he can better update us.

That was a couple days ago now that we were told this, I don't know how long it takes to get this sort of communication happening...but its a step further than where we were before.

And as for Bioware walking up to EA and stating...hey did you know that video games are my lifeblood?   Well you know if they weren't EA wouldn't have bought Bioware in the first place.......methinks. ^^

I should clarify....from what I can understand, this new testing method is being run through all 3 platforms..least thats the way I understood it, even though it was stated that the PC version of RTO is playable...as per Victor.

My only hope for Bioware? besides continuing to create fantastic media.

Is that EA doesn't suck the lifeblood out of said teams.

Well that..and there's other things that can dishearten those teams, which has been happening and I won't go into here. :)

Understandably, EA didn't factor in the Tiger Woods debacle. Ouch!

I think the issue is that Blood Mages got into their offices and converted the DLC team into abominations who then went on a rampage and caused a server failure, which caused some data loss resulting in an unstable DLC.

if you actually read the post it says for years pc gamers have been their lifeblood. Which is pretty much spot on. This is their first ps3 release title, and the only marque title that wasn't for pc first and foremost that I can think of was Mass Effect.
