N7 Triune Trials
Earn the N7 Special Ops title by facing a number of increasingly difficult trials, as a trio of the Galaxy's finest soldiers.
AW_FC_1986 came up with a great idea for a new series of Trio challenges in the same format as the N7 series, consisting of a combination of the existing N7 challenges and the original Weekly challenges. The N7 Triune Trials was born.
Each N-rank must be earned by completing 6 trio challenges on gold (Hardcore) or platinum (Insanity). The 3 first challenges are from the respective N-rank in the N7-series: The three characters are joined together and must complete all three challenges in that rank. The next 3 challenges come from the Weekly challenge series, where all three players must be the same character/kit.
This is further outlined below, in abbreviated forms of the original challenges. (For the full back-stories, please see the original challenge series!)
The rules:
There are three difficulties with specific rules as follows:
Hardcore
- Screenshot accepted, vid preferred!
- Mission successful required on Gold (Medal and Waves survived reqs listed are not required)
- Missiles only permitted on objective waves and extraction
- Armored compartments not permitted
- Clever use of in-game mechanics not permitted: Hack-glitch, pizza-running
Purist's Punishment
- Screenshot accepted, vid preferred!
- Mission successful required on Platinum (Medal and Waves survived reqs listed are not required)
- No Bleedouts
- Geth Scanner not permitted (they fell out the airlock)
- Missiles not permitted
- Clever use of in-game mechanics not permitted: Hack-glitch, pizza-running
Insanity
- Screenshot accepted, vid preferred!
- Mission successful required on Platinum
- Must earn Listed medal requirements (The Original Triune Trials)
- Missiles only permitted on Objective waves
- Armored compartments not permitted
- Clever use of in-game mechanics not permitted: Hack-glitch, pizza-running
Notes:
- 3 Killstreaks and 10 WS count as a gold medal for each
