As I understand it, there will be a DLC to come out with ME2 that will be free (consists of the Zaeed character). I was wondering if that will also be the case overseas, since the game launches on the 28th here in Oztrayleear and I think the 29th? in Europe.

As an aside, I dearly hope that EB Games breaks street date here like they did for the first one :S

I think that it's not "1-day" but more along the lines of "the DLC that gets released on the first day is free."

Someone mind confirming if it's this?

It's as ChaoticBroth puts it, but I'll make it slightly neater (no offense).

The DLC in question is as thus:
On the day of release BioWare will also release some DLC, which I don't need to go into the details of. This DLC is "Day 1 DLC" as it is released on the first day of the game's release (i.e. Day 1 of release). It is not "Play For One Day" DLC, nor is it "One Day Only" DLC. It is a permanent addition to the game that is released on Day One. Everyone who buys Mass Effect 2 new within a currently indefinite period of time will get this DLC for free through the Cerberus Network Card, and it will be a permanent addition to their game. However, if anyone buys a used copy of the game, they must pay $15 for access to this DLC, very much like what happened with The Stone Prisoner in Dragon Age: Origins.

Is that clearer?
