I saw the beta reveal for Dragon Age Keep on Youtube. Not only does it ask you the important details, it also asks you about side quests too. For example: What was your outcome with Elora's Halla? Did Hawke stop the raids on Hubert's caravans? Did you rescue Owen's daughter? It looks like some of your side quests will also have an effect on Inquisition.

Also one thing I found interesting was that separate from, did you recruit Sten, was did you persuade the Reverend Mother to free Sten? I picked the lock on Sten's cage and broke him out myself on my play through. I hope the Reverend Mother isn't pissed at my Warden for that in Inquisition! lol

LOL you better stop by the chantry and give some money....or she'll harass you trough courier during your adventure !

''Dear Inquisitor ,

We know you are probably very busy with the current event going on in the world . But don't think one second we are unware of you unlocking the Qunari cage and setting that beast free .

Now this is not a threath , but we know by now you must be swimming in loot...a small donation would be welcome and set us in the friendship path again . Cose we know what you did there!'

Reverand Mother .

I also remember reading that you almost certainly can't just directly import data from the games themselves. Now I gotta look up exactly what I did for every side quest on all twelve of the characters I've beaten the game with. It's going to be an entire day before I can even play Inquisition after I get it now.

At the risk of revelation of my experimenting with it. Some of these questions were damn OBSCURE.

Does it ask if my DN boned both noble hunters instead of just the one we know got pregnant?

Hypothetically, if I were allowed to say no then I would say no.

But I can't so I won't say no.

I wonder if they are still gonna take Beta testers this late since they said in the demo its still a work in progress

The presenter says very clearly in the video that most of these tiny little side-quest decisions are there just for flavor. That they're there because more detail-obsessed beta testers who wanted every last irrelevant minutia of the games recorded asked for them to be present.

It's highly improbably that whether you fed the prisoner or kissed Bella or killed the Halla will have actual consequences at the end of the world.

"I'm sorry The Hero of Ferelden killed my best Halla years ago, because of that our Halla's are only second rate if only that Halla had lived we would have better one's for you"

The Bone pit mine will probably come up again in Inquisition. Hubert gave the mine to my Hawke after she killed all the dragons.

My Hawke was rich as F*$#. I imagine she turned that dusty old mine into the largest shopping center in all of Thedas and built a solid gold statue of herself slaying a High Dragon, near the entrance, as a warning to other Dragons thinking about roosting near Hawk-Mart.

I wish for this to be a secret location that we can visit in Inquisition.

Its interesting for sure. Personally Im going to buy DA:I on the PS3 so I can simply port over my save file. Im willing to put up with the lack of the system improvements. As it stands, PS3 is still capable of somewhat nice graphical fidelity.

You will not be able to "port" your save file regardless of platform.  There is no "porting" system.  There is The Keep.  If you want to transfer info, you have to use the Keep.

Or, to put it another way--DA:I has no means of importing info from anything except the Keep.  So if you don't want to use the Keep, you'll be stuck with a default world state.

So you might as well buy the game for the system you like the best.

even on PS3 and 360 you won't be able to port your save, the keep pretty much makes that obsolete

The Keep will be available roughly a month before Inquisition releases.

The one I'm completely stuck on is Bella. Your interaction with her (if any) isn't part of a quest, so there's no record in the journal.

Ah, well. At least I remember that my 'canon' Warden basically ignored her. For everyone else I guess I'll have to make things up based on what else I did. (I know it probably won't make any difference anyway, but I like to be accurate. Or at least to change things because I want to, not because I can't remember what the heck I did.)

The ending of the game shall be resolved by a Deus Ex Machina where The Prisoner and Bella ride in on the back of Ellora's Halla, kill the Elder One, save your sorry life, and the world.

Spoilers: if you didn't feed him or didn't kiss her or let the Halla die, nobody's coming for you. No one. Ever again. You will die alone and miserable, wondering where did it all go wrong.

Doubtful they'll have an impact -- It also asks whether you fed that one prisoner at Ostagar? What, is he gonna swoop in as a gallant knight, who's reversed his cowardly ways to save the day? The decisions themselves are probably just recorded for future references/use so as to not leave anything out.

So if your Warden was female, you're screwed?

Another thing is that if these decisions want to be used in dragon age 4, it will be completely possible. This keep allows for a platformless and persistent idea.

It is a great idea really

Bella has a surprisingly large number of epilogue variances for a character who doesn't even have a sidequest.
