With the recent announcement as to the functionality of DA Keep, I popped over to my BSN page to check out whether my DAO characters were properly uploaded to the site.  To my consternation, I couldn't find any sign of them - I had all the achievments I've earned in my playthroughs, but there was no sign of my individual characters.

I've looked through several forums, and tried things from within Dragon Age itself, but am simply told that I have no data uploaded. Is there any sane fix for this, or will I have to recreate my characters in the Keep?

Same problem. Opened up old saves, but not even the game I've been playing recently is on there. (And it's been at least a month since I started so there should have been plenty of time for the character to show up.) Also tried recreating the characters in the Character Creator demo and uploading them from there, but I got both the

"Unable to access your online profile storage. The account information provided may be invalid." error and the "Profile not found. The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded." despite being logged into the same account where all my achievements correctly show.

I really hope there is a fix, or at least a workaround, before Keep is released so I don't spend the month before Inquisition fighting to get my characters uploaded.

(And yes, I know I can recreate the story--it's the appearance that I'm worried about. There doesn't appear to be any sort of character creator in Keep.)

*Also, I'm playing the game through Origin, not Steam, so this is not a Steam-only problem.

Good to know that I'm not the only one with this problem.  Does anyone know any fixes?

You still need to create a worldstate around those characters so uploading them to the BSN is not essential at all

(something they should have specified) If you still want to try and get it onto there, go to services.msc and look for dragon age

Is what you meant the Dragon Age Origins: Content Updater?  Because that's the only thing that shows up in services.msc.

Also, it's less the worldstate and more the appearance I'm concerned with.  Obviously I can remember the majority of my choices - indeed, my canon run requires conflating a couple of my Wardens together - but there are a few I'd specifically like to have in terms of appearance.

EDIT: Tried that, nothing showed up in manage characters.  Will now try from DAO with this running.

EDIT 2: Tried THAT, got given the same notification as before about having no data uploaded.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?

If this helps at all, when I tried managing my account I got told that I have 'Error Code 1000: No characters found' or something similar.

Having same problem even thought I have DA:O registered to Origin. Achievements uploaded fine but uploading screenshots errors about online storage and characters just don't upload at all.

It is not working for me, either. None of the characters that I've played this year are uploaded. It's really annoying.

Make sure you dont have the console enabled. Look for the dragon age service in services and just leave the game running for a bit (worked for me)

I have the DA:Ultimate Edition on Steam. How do I disable the console? Also where is the "dragon age service" or "services" when the game is running?

I understand importing all of my decisions aren't a big deal; however, I don't seem to have access to the DLC content on The Keep. If I import my Steam game I'm assuming I would have access to the decisions made in Awakening like what I did with the Architect, etc.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

http://dragonage.wik...nsole_(Origins)if you've done any of that. Reverse it.

No save import you have to set all that yourself

Thanks for the response Kantr. I did not enable any of the mods so I guess the console content is not the issue I'm having.

I did take someone else's advice to activate the game on Origin as well using the product key on Steam. With the game activated, Origin now recognizes that I have the DLC content. Hopefully this unlocks that on the Keep, and I will be able to edit those choices.

Here's what worked for me:

I have the DA: Ultimate on Steam, no developer console enabled, no firewall issues.

BUT I had never bothered to register my product keys with Origin (why bother, the game ran fine in steam even if I ignored the pop-up).

After I registered my DA:U key in Origin and started the game with all the upload options set in the Online tab inside DA:O it synced immediately.  One odd note, after registering the DA:O Ultimate key, the DLC key came up as already used, guess it wasn't necessary.

Hope that helps somebody.

Bought Ultimate Edition from Steam last week on sale and noticed none of my characters were showing up on the Keep.  Just tried registering the CD key from Steam under Origin and it shows up in my games library now.  Hopefully that does some good lol.
