Sparing anders cud keep the vengeance demon in check.Hmm... I think killing or sparing Anders will have a consequence. I mean Anders and Varric are pretty much only companions from DA2 who are related to Inquisition in some way.
Killing him cud lead to a side quest where u hav to kill the vengeance demon.

What if those three fleeing mages in the Templar run of DA2's finale were orchestrating all the blood magic in Kirkwall?
Good thing I let Meredith execute them, then!

You thought that those little, minor quests that you did back in DA:O had no meaning?
Fool.
You went and did it, didn't you? You activated those Circles of Power throughout Ferelden, thinking "Man, I can really use the XP from this!". You should have listened to the mad ranting and desires of the quest giver! Let us only hope that a shred of Ferelden exists after what you've done. Monster.

I'm more interested in the smaller choices that the keep seems to be taking into account. Due to the nature of them it's obvious they can't impact the game too largely such as being the big bad but I hope they come back in such a way to help with the inquisition rise to power.
The hungry prisoner in Ostagar? If you fed him, he escaped the blight, refined his ways and now sales the inquisitor with possible materials for crafting that otherwise would take longer to collect.
Didn't the dwarf woman that was cast out of her house for having a castless child? The child grows up to be a junior member of the carta and dwarven inquisitors might even know him. Mostly just hear a passing conversation in the background. If you helped the mother, some dwarves mention what a promising young man he is in passing.
Killed the great oak and spared the crazy mage guy? Activates a long side quest that's involves flying nugs, a drunken rampage, and a romp through the rabbit hole. You wake up with your gear unequipped and your companions never want to speak of the experience again.
This is the kind of stuff I want to see, not too major but signs of our choices.

No one would be shocked if Mother Petrice came back to do more evil. But what if - to use the favourite example - a non-possessed Connor shows up in the Venatori? What if Brother Genitivi turns out to be history's greatest monster and you should have killed him in the temple? What if those three fleeing mages in the Templar run of DA2's finale were orchestrating all the blood magic in Kirkwall? If Mass Effect 3 is any indication, we'll probably have one or two like those
I hope they don't do that very often, to be honest. It would make the world of Dragon Age even more crapsack than before.
Of course, the Dragon Age Keep and Dragon Age 2 has already done that with Ser Karras. You know if you DON'T kill that Templar and just misdirect him, he goes off to become a rapist and continual abuser of mages.
Worse, he's a choice so that means he'll probably show up again.
I never have regretted being Paragon Hawke more.

I honestly would prefer it if some of the more "sketchy" choices would turn out to be more beneficial than not for the Inquisitor(or the PCs in future games).
I mean, it'd be nice to see that the Warden and Leliana letting Marjolaine live helped the Inquisition. Or at least, that it helped more than having her dead in the first place.
But as nice as that would be, we'll likely only see the "bad" consequences of such actions(like Marjolaine is going to try to kill Leliana again, at an inopportune time, and ruin things for everyone). And that's rather disheartening.

I'm very intrigued on why drinking Avernus potion has any merit. With luck, hope it prolongs my Warden's life. The Halla decision has me totally stumped. I'm also wondering if a long-forgotten quest that nobody talks about comes up. The stump in the axe random encounter, it was very rare for it to popup. I'd like to see something on this.

It's unlikely to be a major role, though, since Anders' voice actor is confirmed not to be in Inquisition ![]()

No one is going to talk about how Morrigan's baby gonna effect the whole thing?

David Gaider said something about how the fact they realized a lot of people expected huge things from the child before they realized the character could never be a major one.

I'm a bit disappointed freeing the Circle and giving the Dalish their own land didn't get carried over as a choice.
They did they just fell through.

im interested in a lot of the small quests....
Bevin in Redcliffe, he should be old enough to wield a sword now.
Blackstone Irregulars, possible inquisition asset?
Mages Collective, same as above.
Sparing or killing that one blood mage girl in the tower
Getting Cammen laid (or getting laid yourself and screwing over cammen if male, or screwing cammen in general if female)
Meh, lets throw connor in there.... i am curious
Curious to see if the pigeon population in ferelden ever recovered
Merrill's eluvian, wtf happened to it afterwards, i dont think she destroyed it
Feynriel.... somewhere in tevinter
Rescuing that last harrowmont guy in act 1
Killing or letting Javaris tintop live or whatever his last name is
Not curious about petrice, as she is dead in all of my playthroughs
Wtf is bartrand doing now if you spared him

Remember the Redcliffe castle has falling to the Venatori in DAI.
That's for letting the demon live which extends the breach over redcliffe castle very early.......... Maybe....

I'm eager hear of any possible cons of siding with Tallis.
Theres the matter of the slaver that Isabela just lets go once she gets her ship.
Bartrand if hes alive and sane.
Not really a consequence but I'm really curious about the Sketch from Leliana's song. His quest in 2 answers no questions at all.

I'm not sure there could be as Tallis never had to retrieve the list of names to begin with. The Duke didn't recognize what they were and threw them away.

In one of my playthroughs I accepted the Asunder demon's offer. The quest completion dialogue said there would be consequences. I really hope there will be....

Bevin would be interesting. Especially (If you pay his sister 5 gold for the sword) She becomes nobility by marrying Teagan after opening a blacksmithy.
Sparing that girl at the tower kills all those kids/mage apprentices down by the ward that Wynne drops.
Cammen and Gheyna could be interesting - since (If you didn't kill the clan) you've actually done a lot to help them. Ironbark for Varathorn, Elora's Halla, finding that one guy's wife, These will probably define your Warden.
If Connor lived, his mother lived, and you didn't make a deal with the demon. He goes to Tevinter to study the fade.
I always pick Bhelen, especially on my Dwarves, since they understand the politics behind the move.
Javaris will be a boot salesman (I Kid, I Kid).
And Bartrand is working off the crazy.
The one's I didn't discuss, I didn't really have an answer for - and am wondering about myself.

Matters in Orzammar look a bit distant unless we go there again. As for the Dalish related decisions, I believe it will have a signficant impact mostly for Dalish Inquisitors, outside of that, they may affect their view of outsiders. The Circle tower decidion might affect Cullen's personality..
Other then that, most minor conflicts in Dragon Age always seemed a bit closed into themselves and on their specific time frames, hard to imagine they having a noticeable impact.
PS: I know I left some major conflicts out, but I'm not with the time to type.
