We've seen qunari in the Mark of the Assassin DLC with awesome beards that were even dyed cool colors. I hope we get an option like that.
I think elves can't grow beards, though I find it funny that we can't make an elf with a beard or stubble, yet Solas and Fenris have stubble in their special skin complexion. Plus that storyteller guy in Origins. What's up with that?
