Perhaps a full list of known LIs in the OP, just for reference?
I didn't think Solas would be gated in any way. People gave good reasons for it. But I suppose we just don't know much about the character after all.
Kinda stung from Solas, but it's not necessarily because of him specifically, but because anything goes at this point.

I thought Solas would be straight way back when I was assuming there would be six LIs, but when they announced there would be eight and Cullen was straight, I assumed there would be an equal amount of options with the 2/4/2 distribution. Disappointingly naive, I guess.
heck yes! a new romance thread! Also Allan confirmed in a separate thread that Gaider's tweet about the last 2 being the 2 race gated ones was just him saying he never confirmed it or denied it so that chance of the last one being the 2nd race gate is back on.
That leaves one. It seems like Vivienne will be it.

Yeeaah. The Solas reveal makes me doubt Viv's chances even more personally. It's clear to me by now that a lot of assumptions about what is a given have been turned on their head.

I just hope Cullen's not gated against Qunari. I can deal with everything but that 
I was not expecting Solas to be that restricted though my interest in him died the second ELF ONLY happened. I figured that the race gates would affect two races at the most and I wasn't expecting an excluded from all but one race LI. Honestly seeing him have that many restrictions makes me worried that he'll be the 'favorite' LI that gets special attention. A baseless fear but one my paranoid mind is being plagued with none the less.

I'll say it. I'd rather she wasn't a romance at all than to have her be straight. Call me a jerk, but it'd be an easier disappointment for me to handle, personally.
