I'm not following your logic here. EVERYONE will have two ungated options, regardless of who the last LI is. Plus, some groups are going to get a third (and maybe fourth is Blackwall is the last Li and either straight or bi) race-gated option.
Okay, yeah, it is confusing.
What I'm saying is if Blackwall is the last LI and bi, this strengthens the argument that another male LI will be race gated, for just humans for this example. So, even though it looks like there are five male LI's, three for gay males and four for hetero females, the least number of choices in a playthrough is two, or if you play the 'right' race, three at the most.
And if Viv is the last one then it may be more unequal (dependent on other gating).
And also, even though he's ungated now, you have to take in account when they were deciding LI's, he was gated. It's only because recently and after a lot of work, he isn't. Perhaps this makes makes it unequal in some playthroughs, we shall have to see who is the last and the gated LI, but once, it meant that everyone probably had a limit of two on every playthrough, with the other race gates counting, and hetero females and gay male dwarves probably had only one.
But until we know who the last LI is and the final gated LI we cannot say it's unequal, because two different LI's with race gates may only equal one because of availability based on race, and that there will never be four LI's available for a hetero or gay Inquisitor due to race, but always two, and occasionally three in special circumstances, which won't be most playthroughs.
