Lesbians - advisor and Sera, who seems to be more of a sidekick who probably doesn't even need to be recruited.
None of the companions "need" to be recruited except one, and that's probably Cassandra. (Although it might be Solas? I guess?) Which makes Dorian and the Iron Bull just as "sidekicky" as Sera.
Advisors have just as much content as companions do. Their word budgets are the same, and the only real difference is that they don't
always come out into the field with you. You can't avoid recruiting them, either, which arguably makes them
more relevant and important than companions, going by the sorts of criteria I'm inferring from your post. I don't see how that makes them any worse as romances.
Besides, Josephine seems lovely, especially given how active her voice actress has been. (She's a longtime fan with a BSN account!) What little we've seen of Sera has been hilarious. I think they'll both be great.
