By having the same amount of options as literally everyone else? Straight women aren't getting screwed, they have extra options that nobody else has.

Cullen fans who don't want to play as a human and elf are being screwed, but apparently that does not matter to you and others because lolrace.

Good to see that people who don't want to play elf or human for a variety of reasons should just play said race because apparently it's not that important, even though it is for that person.

 

But you know, we're all about respecting other peoples choices and decisions, right? That's why this is such a bad thing that happened only for gay guys and girls.

I honestly doubt a lot of people are actually going to do that just because they don't get the chemotherapy patient or the alistar clone into bed with them.

 

Different strokes for different folks. Personally I see Cullen and Solas being more traditionally handsome and pretty boy-types that many females including myself favor over what BW and Iron Bull are.

 

Yeah, it's super cool to not have to think about that extra content I don't get access to. I'm so happy. Thank you, Bioware, for saving me from myself.

Apparently Cullen only likes elven and human women for some reason.

 

I have no issues with him only liking humans.

 

It's the elves (particularly dalish elf) that gets me.

 

How is their a story reason for him being gated to dwarves and non qun Qunari but not elves?

 

Also if Cullen's idiotic enough to question my PC's dedication cause she's Qunari...I don't see that ending well for him. I'll send him on all the crappy missions

I played either side of the fence in DA2, romanced merril and isabela as a guy and a girl, romanced anders as a guy, fenris as a chick. It wasn't weird and it wasn't hard, and I'm pretty much what you'd call straight. And yet I can't bring myself to comfortably play a dwarf, it's a more impactful choice for me then playing a gender or sex.

 

And you and noctre are basically going "well its not, so get over it" to all the folks whose race is important in their enjoyment and playing of the game.

 

So what makes you, more qualified to decide what pepople are willing to play in a game, then say me?

It's pretty mindboggling that Cullen would fall in love with a Dalish, Qunari and dwarves are a no no.Like why?

You're not getting "screwed" because the specific character you want isn't a romance for you. Otherwise, literally every person can say Bioware is screwing them for not giving them exactly the option they want. Did Bioware screw me because I want them to create m/m romances for Solas, Blackwall and Varric? Not getting screwed means getting an equivalent amount of choices, not always getting exactly the choice you want.

I suppose I'm not beaten up over getting only two options because none of the options really appeal to me at all.

That's just what I assumed from my BSN experience. If I'm wrong then I'm sorry.

I really doubt Cullen has been pining over one woman for over 10 years, even a woman as awesome as the Warden.  It just establishes that he finds elves attractive, nothing more.

As long as this doesn't become a habit I don't see the issue.

 

One game of being the one with most of the LIs and they're hopefully not half assed. It's nice being on top of the pyramid.

 

I wouldn't want this to continue for Da4 but for one game? I am pleased.

Straight women would at least have twice the amount of options as they had in DA2.. if they weren't they only demographic that got an extra option then.
