Since Solas is for female elves only (and Varric is unavailable), I honestly think that Blackwall will be the final LI (Bisexual and for all Races) and that Cullen will be gated against Qunari. The reason I think this is because originally Iron Bull wasn't available to all races and while they've said that not all gender/race combinations will have the same amount of romances, I assume that they'd at least give each combination two choices to pick from.
So if Iron Bull had remained race-gated and Vivienne was the last LI (with another female character race-gated), then that would have meant that straight female dwarves would have only had Cullen to choose from and gay dwarves (and possibly elves) would only have had Dorian. By making Blackwall the final LI and Bisexual for all races and Cullen gated against Qunari, we'd have had the scenario below if Iron Bull had remained gated against say... elves and dwarves.
Female Elves [Solas, Cullen, Blackwall, Sera, Josephine]
Male Elves [Cassandra, Josephine, Blackwall, Dorian]
Female Qunari [Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Qunari [Cassandra, Josephine, Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull]
Female Dwarves [Cullen, Blackwall, Sera, Josephine]
Male Dwarves [Cassandra, Josephine, Dorian, Blackwall]
Female Humans [Cullen, Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Humans [Cassandra, Josephine, Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull]
Had Iron Bull been for Qunari only, then straight female humans would still have had Cullen and Blackwall to choose from and gay male humans would have had Dorian and Blackwall. Even though the gender ratio (5:3) for this entire scenario would be uneven, race-gating two male characters would somewhat balance things out. Plus this means that not all the new female characters are there for the Inquisitor to romance; which is what has always made me question Vivienne's potential LI status in the first place. So yeah, I think that the romances will be this:
Female Elves [4 Males:2 Female = 6 LIs Total] [Solas, Cullen, Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Elves [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull, Cassandra, Josephine]
Female Qunari [2 Males:2 Female = 4 LIs Total] [Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Qunari [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull, Cassandra, Josephine]
Female Dwarves [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [Cullen, Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Dwarves [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull, Cassandra, Josephine]
Female Humans [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [Cullen, Blackwall, Iron Bull, Sera, Josephine]
Male Humans [3 Males:2 Female = 5 LIs Total] [ Blackwall, Dorian, Iron Bull, Cassandra, Josephine]

As much as I want the last LI to be Blackwall, we shouldn't go into why Blackwall/Vivienne can't possibly be a romance option. We've seen plenty of "reasons" and arguments in each of their respective threads - no need to bring any negativity here
I'm not being negative. This is a romance thread, and I'm going to feel free about talking about the options--reasons both for and against.

and if you dont romance him or Dorian they end up together *swoon*
I'd be down for this. If Blackwall is gay and non-romanceable, I hope we don't find out he has a lover within the Grey Wardens who has already faced his Calling. That would probably entail Blackwall waiting for his own Calling to come so that he can join his beloved ala Nicolas and Julien.

Methinkins you should play the game before jumping to conclusions about Vivenne's reason's for not romancing the inquisitor (assuming she is not). She could easily be interested in somebody other than the Inquisitor.
We don't even know if she's an LI or not. I was simply responding to somebody's individual speculation.

Both of these apply to DA2, so I'm not sure what you're expecting here.Three things I'm interested in this game's romances.
1. The fact you won't be able to "track" romances by points. So it will lead to a more organic feel.
2. The fact they will go on throughout the game versus "ending" at a sex scene.

You know I just had a thought with Solas being straight and only into elf females
1. wonder if he will try and flirt with sera
2. wonder if he will have a problem with sera's sexuality since no elf children could come from it
Ancestors help me if he's all about wanting some pure blooded elf babies and gives other elves sh*t if they are homosexual or with a non elf. But I won't be jumping to gun and assume that's why he's gated like that just yet. It'll make me to sad if I assume that.

Sera could fall in love with a trans female elf.

If Vivi is anything like that I might flip a table. I'm not too worried though.
Nah, Vivienne seems the type who know what she wants, Jacob didn't even looked like he enjoyed tagging along for the ride.

What I wonder is if I flirt with both Sea and Solas, will elf offspring related drama arise ?

4. Josephine and Cassandra!
I mean it's just obvious.

I wish I could believe you and I wish that were true, but eh.

Call me a cynic, I guess.

Mary Kirby said that she wrote romance. She has 2- Varric and Vivienne. It is clear that Viv is Li.

I don't think he'll be like that though. *crosses fingers just in case*

She'd been dead for a good 10+ years tho, unlike Steve who had lost his husband only... what 6 months prior?
