He's just not that into you?
Kind of like Alistair...
Although, I think I recall something about some mod allowing the romance of the Archdemon...
Someone enlighten me has there ever been a villianmance?
Wait what. Really?
Not in BW games that I can recall no. But I'm fond of the villianmances I've played in VNs. Alot of them end sadly but still very enjoyable to read.

That's why I left him for Leliana ![]()
Why ?!?! Why is Loghain not a romance !?!
If I recall correctly wasn't there a Loghain romance mod? I could have sworn I saw one of those floating about somewhere or maybe it was just an idea for one, I'm not 100% sure.

Does it end worse than romancing Alistair, making him king, and not being a human noble?

There is, but it's really just an option to kiss him. Theirs nothing else added really.
I wouldn't be surprised. It was either a mod or some joke said way back during Origin days.Either way, nausea for thought.

Agreed ![]()
Considering one of them ended in a double suicide I'd say yeah. Well it was more murder because "Death is the best gift I can give you." then she pretty much offered him the same and he took it. That was...interesting.

That ended great for my elven mage, though.
I'd be fine with that so long as they don't try to betray the Inquisitor... I don't think that would make them hotter in my eyes though... it would depend on how the story played out.
I think a villain romance could play out very interestingly. Someone in the Solas thread came up with the idea that romancing a villain Solas could open up the option to side with the elder one or to screw everyone over and take over the fade together lol. Something along those lines I think it could add to the story and make it a darker fantasy and i love dark fantasy.

So Thedas is doomed by the elves?
Oh yes I believe can live with that.

I'm open to the idea so long as they don't leave the Inquisitor hanging in the end... there is such a thing as honor among thieves after all. Well, some of them... sometimes.
I think it would be refreshing to see a villainous couple who didn't wind up at odds due to a power struggle, but I'd be hesitant to expect it. Given the chance I'd try such a romance just to see how it ends... if I don't like it, there's always the second playthrough.
Is it just me or am I the only one so disappointed with these romances. For us straight females we only have Cullen and Solas who is race restricted. And for straight guys they have Cassandra. And then we have all these bisexual characters or lesbians and gay characters which is really pissing me off.
Might as well do a Dragon Age 2 and slap bisexuality on every single character so we can have MOAR. CHOICES. BioWare has been so good on their romances. From Alistair and Morrigan to Garrus and Tali ect. And the most anticipated game of theirs and we get this.
*gets off soap box. lays on floor. tries not to cry. cries.*

are you serious? you have more choices than anyone else so far....... Cullen, Solad AND Irun Bull...other sexualities have only two options.

+1, ran out of likes.
I think it would be refreshing to see a villainous couple as well.

You forgot (or left out) Iron Bull. He's into ladies as well as men. No race gating.
I can't see them adding a large amount of exclusive content for a single PC, though. Even the Dark Ritual had a back up plan for those who didn't play a male Warden.
But Solas could still be a villain, or at least working towards something that might strongly conflict with the Inquisition's goals. I'm half tempted to try and play a female Lavellan first, just in case. First playthroughs are messy as hell, anyway. Might as well stack the deck towards "full out chaos".

You're trolling, right? We actually have 3 options, which is more than what anyone else has. If you don't like your options then that's just too bad. You do appear very ungrateful (and slightly homophobic? Don't know if you're trying to come across that way). End of.

Yes, how dare they put in some representation for queer people. Those bastards !
But seriously, this is the most childish post I've seen in this thread. I'm sorry you don't like your options. That sucks, but you're acting homophobic and there is no place in this thread or this forum for that kind of behavior.
Troll, or someone who doesn't understand how bisexuality works.

Straight people, please don't complain when you get the same amount of options, or more frequently, MORE options.
Kinda?
Viconia in BG II was so straight up evil, she could have been a villain. Before she meet the hero, the most moral thing she's done is not sacrifice a baby.
In KotOR I, Bastila joins with Darth Maul after he tortures her. You can kill her as a traitor or bring her back to your side.
Darth Malak ^^

But I like Viconia evil! It's so much more personable than "BOW BEFORE YOUR NEW GOD AND BE SPARED" Evil.
