Is it just me or am I the only one so disappointed with these romances. For us straight females we only have Cullen and Solas who is race restricted. And for straight guys they have Cassandra. And then we have all these bisexual characters or lesbians and gay characters which is really pissing me off. 

Might as well do a Dragon Age 2 and slap bisexuality on every single character so we can have MOAR. CHOICES. BioWare has been so good on their romances. From Alistair and Morrigan to Garrus and Tali ect. And the most anticipated game of theirs and we get this.

Okay I got to ask because this is something I am honestly confused on are there people who would not date someone they are attracted to if that person was bisexual? I mean I've seen some very stupid things said about bisexual people like it being a phase or just a way to try and get attention, all of them very stupid. I haven't heard of people not dating someone because of them being bisexual is that a real thing that some people do?

Yes, some people really won't date Bisexual people. I know firsthand, I lived in a small town in North Carolina that was filled with bigots. Even some gay men don't like dating bisexual people.

I dunno, sexual preference is very personal, and I don't think someone is a bigot for it in and of itself. They can certainly be a bigot about it, though.

Unfortunately it happens... but that's all good because I wouldn't want to date someone who was offended by my sexuality anyway.

It's not that they won't date me because I'm bisexual. That's hurtful, but understandable. It's that some people get genuinely angry when they learn I'm bisexual. They think I've lied to them in someway and that I don't actually want a serious relationship. I hope you can understand how painful that is. For people to not believe that I genuinely love them because I also find men attractive.

I see it quite a few times, especially in regards to characters and fiction. Like, there are people who are turned off by the idea that one half of a same sex pairing is bisexual. It's not often, thankfully, but you get a sense of it when they're discussing these characters and they're like "oh, he's bi... oh. Right.", and then they make some offcolour comment about it like "nah, he's got to be gay". Then it becomes a little uncomfortable after. Not exactly the most pleasant of conversations to be had when having discussions about characters and their relationships... even when its a product of a budding novelist or comic artist rather than in an established famous series or film or video game..
