Ideas for upcoming game

I would really love to see a large team in the next game with much more activity with the members. What I mean by that is have more (or every) mission use all your members, like at the end of ME2. Pick your primary 2 to start the mission with, set up other teams to fulfill a particular goal while you do whatever you have to, have choices periodically that allow you to change your team around to have different outcomes. I may be alone in this but I love being able to have everyone involved.
Also Its frustrating having to buy DLC to customize your teams armor, go back to the glory days of ME1 where I can find really cool and different armor for each one of the characters. The customization was a let down in the later games.

From what we've seen from Dragon Age Inquisition, they'll take this kind of approach for Main Quest missions.
That said, it means creating multiple endings to each mission, meaning each mission takes longer to make, and there are fewer missions in total. Not by much, but still less.
What ME has done, with unique dialogue, is what we'll definately see. But every mission like the Collector Base is a bit much.
But yes, I do wonder what the rest of your squad does when Shepard's out, especially the notorious "Shuttle Ride during the Collector Ambush".

The glory days of ME1 are long over. It was the first in the series, and while it was nice to have traditional RPG elements, they were also very wasteful with dev time. Having 10 different sets of armor is pointless, when most players will only use around 3.
I do see what you are saying though. The most cost effective solution is to release 3 armors, and let you pick from two or more color palettes, or even the color customisation we've already seen in ME2, ME3, and Multiplayer.
That said, they are unlikely to do that if it threatens their DLC sales.

The colour and patterns of the armor as a whole suit would be customizable. Squaddies would have the same level of customization for their armor.
What I don't want to see is different levels of the same armor, with dozens of different redundant varieties. Same for weapons.
I like your squadmates idea, BTW.
