Well I tend to experience all races and classes eventually.    I really want to do a Qunari mage the first time through, but I will be honest, it might greatly depend on how much variation they have in the character creation.  

 

Most likely I will make a character, get through the prologue.... then get the itch to try another race....   Then another class...

 

It usually takes me to about my 4th or 5th character before I actually play through the whole game the first time.

Qunari Male... Something. I don't want a Qunari Mage on my first Qunari Playthrough, but I also can't picture them as a rogue and only as a Warrior. but I've already played a warrior... and I really want to play as Qunari... soo.... Decisions.

My first playthrough is going to consistent of my 'first run' world state, which is basically where I playthrough and make decisions and if those decisions come back to bite me on the arse, so be it. So it will be:

 

1. Female human S&B Warden (romanced Alistair, no OGB, Alistair sacrificed himself, Queen Anora) - Female S&B Hawke (romanced Anders, no murder knife, sided with mages, lost Seb and was forced to kill Fenris), Female S&B Human Inquisitor (will romance Cullen)

 

Subsequent playthroughs will use a world state which is a bit less traumatic!

 

2. Female human rogue (romanced Alistair, OGB, King Alistair & Queen Warden) - female rogue Hawke (romanced Fenris, sided with mages, murder knife) - Female elf rogue (will romance Solas)

 

3. Male human mage (romanced Zevran, OGB, Queen Anora) - male mage Hawke (romanced Fenris, sided with mages, no murder knife, lost Seb) - Male human mage Inquisitor (will romance Dorian)

 

4. Not sure but will have a Qunari Iniqusitor

 

5. Not sure but will have a Dwarf Inquisitor
