1. Gambling with the soldiers, advisors, and companions. As in red dead redemption types of gambling where it's interactive and not just a cutscene.

2. Drinking contest which depends on your constitution

3. Citadel like dlc for this one that brings back some origins and da2 characters including hawke and the warden.

Varric to have claimed a corner of Skyhold's tavern, so he can feel like he's back at the Hanged Man every now and again. Also, to hang out with Varric in his corner and listen to him tell stories about Hawke the way Leliana would tell stories in Origins.

 

AND! Live music in the tavern, with the option for the Inquisitor to dance. Oh, and dancing ability is randomly assigned.

For my Dalish rogue, I would like [Stay Silent] options in dialog whenever feasible.  Yes, he'll have to do a lot of talking, but he sometimes just wants to say nothing.  Would even like a [Stay Silent and Glare] option once or twice.  Heh.

Fortunately, Shepard is the baseline. You'd have a 90% chance of having better moves.

Rad bromances. I want to high five someone in this game so hard, you don't even know. I guess fistbumps or tough guy handshakes ™ are also acceptable.

 

A crafting system where I don't have to backwards pogo hop to figure out how to actually work it.

 

Abilities that make DA:I tanking as stupidly fun as playing a vanguard in ME3 (I'm joking, I'll probably find nothing as fun as playing a vanguard in ME3 and punching a harvester to death).

 

Elves, templars and mages that don't make me want to go "What a bunch of putzes, so long surfacers, I'm out!", only to be crushed by the fact that I'm playing a Carta dwarf.

 

Huge silly hats. In a variety of styles, possibly with feathers.

 

A pet for my inquistor. I don't really care if it's a fennec or a high dragon, but she needs one friend who doesn't have issues or demand loyalty missions.

 

The ability to secretly be a gritty noir hero.

 

Iron Bull should be able to chuck my character at least once.

 

Something as inadverdantly hilarious as one dramatic reaction shot I remember from DA:O. It looked like it was supposed to be a zoom-in on Alistair and the Warden during a tense moment of some sort. But what actually happened was that after the super dramatic dialogue, the camera swapped to... Alistair's chin and my dwarf's eyebrows. I fell out of my chair laughing.

A lot of this stuff people are suggesting is Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC in the Dragon Age universe, which I totally support.  That was an endless series of mythology gags, continuity jokes, heartwarming bonding moments, a wild party, a chance to see all companions from all games interacting, a unique comic-relief storyline - all pretty wonderful.  It was pure fanservice, but it was awesome

 

On Mass Effect 3-ish things I'd like to see, seeing the companions moving around Skyhold and having conversations related to the last major mission done would be kind of cool too.

A bunch of random skilled npcs to recruit. Like that avaar dude? I want like a bunch and bunch of little npcs like that you can find and recruit as resources.

And I want to see them when I'm at the keep. Also for some to be like merchants who set up shop and give me access to new ****.

The ability to wipe out the Templars, and the Chantry too if possible.   Also, I want to kill off Cassandra & Cullen.
