What I mean is, that in Origins, when we choose an warden, their other variants still exist, and we even can hear about them or see them, like when you go to Orzammar, you hear the dwarf noble got exiled, or you stumble across the dwarf commoner corpse in Jarvia's hideout. So this comes back to my question. Will there be other Inquisitors at the peace meeting when we chooce our chacter? Like an human Inquisitor seeing the dwarf or elven spy, or the Qunari mercenary? Speculate.
Will there be other Inquisitors?

I hope so. I actually quite liked that aspect of DA:O - made all subsequent playthroughs feel like 'what if' alternative universes. :S

I can just imagine my Quizzy seeing a Qunari for the first time.

Considering the backstory of all of the Inquisitors, and how the origins are not playable, I doubt they'll be anything more than characters like Daveth or Jory, if they are there at all.

All the Inquisitors are at the summit, so they're all dead. Pick a random body and claim it if you really want to.

Since a human mage and a human rogue/warrior would theoretically be siblings, that could make the summit very interesting, as they would be on alternate sides of the conclave. After that it wouldn't have an impact, of course, since the alter ego would be dead, but it would be a neat touch.

If the other Inquisitors exist and attend the peace talks, then they're just more corpses on the pile.

They aren't siblings anymore than Mage Hawke is a sibling to warrior Hawke.

Yep, they are the same person. Still, it would be interesting if we met our simbling at the peace summit as an mage since the Trevelyan family would have to send someone else to help with the meeting.

Mage Hawke and Warrior Hawke do not have different backgrounds, mini-origins, if you like. Mage Trevelyan and Warrior/Rogue Trevelyan do, and only Warrior/Rogue Trevelyan is specifically the youngest in the family.
Don't have my heart set on it, obviously, but I will maintain it's fully a possibility, in contrast with DA2's beginning which didn't allow for such things.

Yeah, they're the same person, with a different story. Mage Hawke doesn't have the same background as warrior/rogue Hawke, but they're still both Hawke. One was in the army, one wasn't, both are still Hawke.
One goes to the Circle, one doesn't, both are still the Inquisitor. I haven't seen anything that says the mage Human is different from the the others, but I'll admit I could be missing something.

I was wondering about exactly this question, actually. Not that I wanted the Dalish spy to specifically stumble across the Carta spy while sneaking around or something but will Qunari mercenaries always be hired by the Chantry to keep the peace if the Inquisitor is human or just in Qunari Inquisitor games?

I'm pretty sure the others will die when the breach occurs.

Not in game, obviously, but it's a headcanon some of us enjoy. I personally headcanon that my human rogue and my human mage were siblings, it's an interesting dramatic twist when one of them inevitably dies at the summit so the other can rise as Inquisitor.

Assuming of course you would be on opposite sides...philosophically. Could make for an even more interesting moment though between the two as you are facing your siblings, one, a long lost relative of the other, bitter at being trapped in the circle. "So you come here to gloat do you, you on the outside, with your rich and pampered heritage, I bet you can't wait to have us thrown back into the circle!" "What, no! No! Mages for the win!" Or "Yeah got a problem with it?"

That would be interesting. In the beginning of Arcanum, you survive a blimp crash and you see all the corpses of the default characters you didn't choose. You could even rob them. ![]()

My friend's and mine headcanon is, that her elf mage is the uncle to my elf mage and that they met up with her qunari mage in a tavern. Then the breach happens and the three of them share the shiney/sparkly hand and become 'the inquisitor'. Cause one alone can not possibly be 'everywhere'
. The three of them can't either, but two can go out to 'party'cipate in the on goings and one has to stay in the keep to sit the rest and do politic stuff and decissions and so on. And then they switch. In emergencies they can all go out, so due to them only going by 'the inquisitor' when outside, they create the illusion of the 'Inquisitor' being 'everywhere at once'. ... *insert manical chuckling here*

When i saw this thread i thought you meant in the inquisition. Because i really want to know what the Inquisitors troops are called. because they are part of the Inquisition, but they aren't Inquisitors.

I really hope so, i'd be cool. I've hear that we might get to wander around a bit before everything is blown to hell? If that is true, I hope we can bump into them, even if they just say some short ambient dialogue. Or maybe there backgrounds will be worked into the overall world so you might rn into people they would have know (eg a Qunari mercenaries, Dwarf carta group, Dallish clan) and they perhaps allude to them in some way.

I was guessing the same. but i was just hoping for something. like at least other factions have Seeker and High Seeker, or Tempars and Knight-Commander. i was just hoping for something interesting.
