Indeed..catches your sword with his hand and snaps it in two. I want having to replace all of our armor after an encounter with The Elder One. And a Minimum of a week of recovery.

This would really drive home the point how powerful the EO is.
In most game you spend like the entire time hearing how big and bad the enemy is. Think Archdemon in DA:O. The entire game we hear how powerful it is and then when we finally face it, meh. I'm not going to say I beat it with ease, there were a lot of health potions and heals used. But I still beat it and it was really more a battle of attrition. I had healing, he did not.
Now I understand that at the end of the game I'm max level with awesome gear, but still it would be nice to get beat by the big bad in the beginning. This would 1) serve to show just how powerful they are (and we are not at this point) 2) create a sense for the player of personal investment. Like you beat me...now I'm going to beat you.

So i never brought it up but doesn't the dragon in this new trailer that is fighting the Zombie dragon have kinda a purple color to it?
Edit: the differense from the DA2 dragon form is the horns are pointed outward like a bull while in DA2 the horns are curved back and has a protruding horn on its forehead like Flemeths helmet thing(which is similar to the one Andraste has been shown wearing.)

I just noticed, but isn't it kind of uncanny how the Zombie dragon has the same kind of black plating stuck to its skin like Corypheus and how one side of his face is messed up..... I'm feeling more and more inclined to thing that Corypheus is the Elder One. How I hate my late roaming on youtube videos sometimes ![]()
Kinda will be dissapointed if right but I'll still enjoy the game because there's always so much more than killing the baddy in DA

At best I want Corypheus to be a pawn of The Elder One. He can think he is in control, but really, The Elder One is playing him like a fiddle.

didnt one of them "leave" lolIf all the writers are included in the decision on the script instead if allowing two ego maniacs to do it all themselves. I don't see a problem.
Lets keep x directors out our perfect thread lol

Well Patrick weekes was the Senior writer on ME3 and i guess wrote the whole Quarrian Geth war which was one of the more heart breaking moments, and i guess he said to David Gaider that it was a mistake to write the peace option in. so i'm still hopeful.

Yeah so i don't doubt the story telling ability its just kinda lame if it really is Cory (which as it seems it really is.)

Wait who wrote cory and the EO i have a idea
I believe Legacy was written (Or mostly written) by Jennifer Hepler, she was one of the writer for DA2 but she isn't for DA:I, i don't know why, i think she might have retired or went into a different occupation, i really don't know, but David Gaider was still the lead writer so he most likely still had oversight on the entire thing.
