Why do people think the spirit is Andraste? they are the masses. even in the codex it doesn't say its a archdemon just people think it is. there is a big difference between "it is a archdemon" and "I think it's an archdemon."

Different art style and engine, but looking at the illustration for the DAO archdemon and the dragon I can see a bit resemblence. They've got these little boils all over their bodies.

Oh as for people ingame believing it looked similar to an archdemon, I sure there are plenty of survivors who saw the archdemon at Denerim. Also, do we know what became of Urthemiels body?

I don't think it disintegrated, so the body was probably seen by commoners before the wardens et al took it. Long enough for artitist to draw, scupt, etc.

Right...but why the Venatori? If it is indeed Dumat, then he would have Darksapwn to command. Yet he has Venatori. So either Dumat is an Old God Baby from the past...or he some how got cured from the taint by other means.

An uncorrupted old god avatar has no connection nor need to command darkspawn. An old god at the apex of their power has no need of darkspawn, as darkspawn come from the taint and the taint is of no concern to a god.

Why would a Uncorrupt Old god work with a Darkspawn, since the darkspawn are the ones that corrupt them, so i doubt they would be working together if one is tainted and the other isn't

I don't think we should assume anything. There still isn't proof its a old god. just that some believe a dragon happens to be a old god. It could be a tainted high dragon which cory is controlling, maybe, he leaves his body and enter it like he did to the grey wardens.
