I too will be going to the midnight release at my local gamestop.  I took off the 18th from work just for DAI (unless something really bad happens at work, I AM NOT GOING IN DAMMIT).

Lucky Monkey and Apostate.  I'm trying to get the 19th off, but truthfully I shouldn't even be taking off the 18th.  But screw it,    it's not like I'll be able to focus anyway.  So I'm going to at least take off the 18th.  If I can get work and life to cooperate I'll also take off another day.  But when have they ever cooperated  .

I'm keeping myself away from it. Trying so hard to stay away from spoilery stuff now.  i looked at the leaked achievements and art book but i don't want to know the first hour. tad funny to me.

they aren't actually illegal afaik.

 

the problem with it is that there will never be conclusive proof other than anecdotes from people, when it comes to VPN.

Strictly speaking it's against the ToS, because you could use a VPN to buy a game on the cheap, pretending you're in another country.

On the matter of unlocking games however, i know at least 10 people personally who regularly use VPNs and don't get in trouble for it, and there's anecdotal evidence form Origin support that while it's trictly against the ToS as long as you don't use it for monetary gain you won't be banned.

 

For me, that's plenty of info to trust it and make an informed decision.

So just watched the Prologue gameplay. Pretty obvious who that silhouetted figure who had the Divine was...which only leads me to believe that Cory isn't The Elder One. They wouldn't make that obvious to those who played DA2.
