I just think its him because he was such a big part of the masked empire, and mention a good few times in DA2, and since it seems this game is going to be diving into the Elven lore stuff, especially with the locations we have seen, that look very Elven, it just makes sense to me. also dumat doesn't really seem the type to work behind the scenes, he seems more blunt then that. but thats just my opinion of the old gods.

It depends if Dumat can physically manifest anymore after having his body killed and its soul damaged (assuming it wasn't destroyed).
Likely something to do with that Archdemon on blood that Wardens drink. I'd like the full explanation too though.
Or maybe Corypheus' body-surfing has nothing to do with the taint at all and it's just some serious bood-magic stuff that the ancient Tevinter magisters are so infamous for?

Also the whole felassan thing, and since we see a Dalish mage doing evil things in the trailer, make me just think Felassan really was possessed. idk, just in my opinion that's who i think it is, we are all probably wrong, and we probably never even heard of the elder one.

I think he chose the Grey Wardens because their will was weak.

Yeah me too, that's one thing that i liked about the silent protagonist like in fallout, and DA:O you got a lot more choices of dialogue that were a lot different. and personally to me, a lot more fun.
I'm Pro-Chantry so i'm probably going to be do a Human warrior Andrastian first play through, then probably a dalish Mage next to see the two extremes.

Yeah like playing ME1 after all the silent bioware games was so interesting, I mean Jennifer Hale was just an incredible voice to pick (and in my opinion better than Mark Meer) so that was incredible... but i think DA2 kinda sucked when it came to dialogue choices. like all the creepy ones were pretty much gone. idk. I'm just really biased because Fallout series and DA:O/Jade Empire/Kotor are my favorite rpg's

I just love jennifer Hale, she has to be one of my favorite voice actresses. like besides mass effect, i haven't heard mark meer in anything.
But then you have some one like Laura Bailey who is just an all around great voice actress, saints row, hellsing ultimate, bioshock infinite.

Well he is doing additional voices in DA:I too, and so is Ms.Hale, i wish she was getting something cool, like a commander... or celene, but i highly doubt it since her credited role is just additional voices.
I couldn't really take Jennifer hale that seriously in the first two ME games, she didn't sound that credible to me Meer wasn't much better though.
As for DA2, I for one couldn't take FemHawke seriously at all she sounded like a princess that needed to be saved every second she talked at least that's how it sounded to me, MaleHawke was better of the two.
