That maybe so...I don't mind if he is an entity of discord.. What I do want is seeing fan art crop up with the Inquisitor getting it on with a Loki look alike and the endless threads demanding he be a romance option.

Indeed. You can have as many dragons as you wish. But let the Elder One be something else. He can have a Dragon form but just a form.

Ok and where has he been for 11 hundred years? hiding in the fade? how did he get there. give us more, we have heard people thinking its dumat, but why do you think its dumat? because he is a dragon and a supposed god? what makes you think its him?

I'm guessing from that DA2 DLC where we activate that Alter to Dumat. Some think we inadvertently resurrected Dumat.

Yeah i hear that theory but that is such a stretch from just a loot drop. i mean andraste ashes healed Eamon but does that mean the maker is real? and that is an actual plot thing while the Shrine was just something they added to give player loot, and show that the early wardens also believe in the old gods, since they were tevinter.

Well, I mean I guess it is a SLIGHT possibility. Flemeth survived if we killed her by placing a piece of her soul into a trinket and was able to come back from that. Perhaps Dumat had the foresight to do the same with placing a part of himself in those trinkets we collected.

So he put himself into a trinket to be put on a shrine that at one point had dozen or hundreds of wardens worshiping at said shrine and walking through those halls. and this was all before the end of the first blight and before the capture and eventual abandonment of corypheus in his tomb.

Could he be the reborn god of Morrigans child? There hasn't been any theory on whats going in there. She did say it would be a old god.

There has to be something there. There is no way they can leave the child out of the story. I guess we will have to wait and see what springs up in the Keep Scenarios to really get an idea.
