The Elder One (Spoilers)

It is entirely possible that the Elves got it wrong, that their gods were not imprisoned in their own realms, but instead in the other gods' realm. Thus the Black City became black and the gods that whisper in dreams did just that to get the magisters to come and free them.
With Flemeth afraid of the Blight (a weapon of her enemies) and fond of the People, she is the perfect candidate to be a Creator.
Of course, that does not mean any of these people are real gods. They're just powerful, knowledgeable and old.
Need I repeat that this makes the Elder One Geldauran, Anaris, or the other one?

Well we've seen creatures in the form of darkspawn in the fade. and since they do have magic wielding darkspawn they must be connected to the fade. they are pretty much like the elves from the lord of the rings. some of them became the orcs and their own race. just like how dark spawn were once human, elves, dwarves, qunari. but now are darkspawn.
Dark spawn are not connected to the Fade. We know this because the taint is completely alien to spirits. Whatever magic they have comes from the taint, which carries power all by itself.

That's where Seekers choose from.
Not really, that's more the Templars job. Seekers seeks out corruption in the Chantry and the Templars and take out threats that can threaten the Chantry.
Yes and no to the first one. seeker are normally recruited out of Templar recruits so they haven't taken the templar oath yet, or they are recruited from their own recruitment agents.
And normally High seekers are chosen from already existing seekers. Lambert was a templar then a High Seeker which was a mistake.

While I'm, sure the game will give us plenty of reasons to hate The Elder One, I think that if the game detects you have a romance The Elder One uses that against you.

That cant be true since the only way to have magic is to be connected to the fade. same reason why templars can weild magic like power when taking lyrium because it makes them more attuned with the fade and the power from the fade.
Also when was it said the taint ins't in the fade? or it is alien. just because we have not seen it or seen a Dark spawn emissary (which is just a dark spawn mage and the only way to be a mage is to be connected with the fade.) in the fade doesn't mean they aren't connected to the fade

Indeed it would. I would imagine it as saving your LI if you do it right, but leave the potential open for them to die. All the more motivation to get it right. Plus bloody revenge if he does kill them.

I mean mass effect 3 had a lot of little conversational things from just small things you did. like if you hung up on the council member in 1. or wrex making jokes about you romancing Liara. i bet they can do something like that in DA:I just more sinister.

Seekers are typically chosen from the elite ranks of the templars

I wouldn't count on that. Th Elder One is out to break you. And filling the Inquisitor with thoughts of despair it all part of the plan. So expect Graphic details.

That was never said in the world in thedas. in fact. they speak of taking young candidates to secure fortresses to train them. and Cassandra herself never took the Templar oath. The wiki is probably basing that on the fact the seeker was created of only the high ranking members of the inquisition.
And tell me how effective a supervising organization is going to be if they have ties with members of who they are supposed to watch?

Not totally accurate since blood magic is supposedly tied to the physical rather then the Fade. I too am of the belief that the taint is it's own form of magic seperate from the Fade but that's mostly based on that whole thing with Avernus and that one line about Emissaries having powers similar to blood magic.

That's okay because Varric will make fun of something and make it all better.

I don't have the World of Thedas.
It's not uncommon to recruit from the people you are suppose to watch, hell you said they take from the Templar recruits they might not take from the vows, but the ground work for a Templar mindset is most likely in them when they get recruited.

Likewise Avenue told us that the taint was completely alien to demons, unlike blood magic.

Than why can dwarves not use blood magic? or why cant dwarven ghouls use magic? if emissary get their magic from blood and taint, shouldn't in theory a ghoul be able to as well?
Edit: i will correct myself since we do see Genlock Emissary which original ancestors were tainted Dwarves. i will concede my argument for i believe my opinion is slightly changing.

Still that doesn't explain the other things...If it was Flemeth who talked to Sandal what kind of role does Sandal play?
Not Enchantment.

So that green figure the Inquisitor meet in the fade and possible gets their power from, do you guys think it could be Felmeth's in disguise?
