Well, belief in the Maker is just one of many different religions that cause issues. Why single it out?

Because it's the only one he can confirm. Telling the Qunari or Dwarves there's no god changes nothing, and the Dalish would still be pissed.

Well, it's entirely possible that he just never met the guy.

 

Anyhow, you could just say that the Stone is bullshit if you were in position to do that, but "The Stone lives beneath Orlais" is probably a phrase with some relevance to that.

This guy wouldn't have met the stone, even if it were an entity. He just sees us killing eachother, and he's trying to help.

now lets break this down

°The magic comes back all of it. This would imply all races were be magically attuned at one point but something happened and most were cut off(think force sever from starwars but on a massive level not indivual)
° the sky will open: now this could mean the veil would be torn (breach event) to a enormous degree and the shadows could be interpeted as demons.
°Now when he rises: when someone rises its often from death or slumber both possibly reference the EO so he couldve been dead or in a deep sleep

Oh i completely don't believe it I'm just saying they have been in the in all the wrong places at all the wrong times

Also monkey you should look at the new screenshots. there is a good deal of elf stuff. big Fen'Harel statue. some elven ruins. and just all around some new stuff.
