all posible origins inquisitor, original planned qunari AND original dwarven noble origin inquisitor next:

All origins where Anders found a home with Gray Wardens instead of leaving (except city elf):

Ulrika "Raven" Trevelyan: Raven is the little sister of Anders, she is the classical barefoot messy slighty tomboyish girl, she favors 2 handed weapons and has a neutral chaotic aligment like his brother does, She had never met her brother because she was born a few years after Anders was sent to the circle of magi (take in count that anders was still a child when he was sent to his prison) so she believes she has only one elder sister and ignores having an elder brother. But that changed when imposter "Anders" appeared.  Justice selfish actions were known worldwide and her entire family screamed after what "anders" did. However the Warden Commander had proofs that Anders could not do that because he is a gray warden and was doing gray warden stuff at the keep at the same time that Kirkwal incident happened. Raven joined the conclave just to find clues about her real brother.

Cynthia Adaar: (originally a rogue, but i hate rogues in inquisition so she will be another 2 handed warrior) Cynthia was born and raised outside the qun. Daughter of a male freedom fighter and a Saarebas she was never been adept to magic, her name being "human" is a reflection of her own parents reject to the qun phylosophy where everyone has born as slave. Cynthia is totally unschooled and not tied to any endoctrination methods. She was also trained in combat by her own father in an even bigger rebelion against Qun's Laws. Exhibisionist by nature, she trends to go wherever she wants totally nude wearing MAYBE only her undergarments, but else she is the classical girly girl despite waving a 2 handed weapon all the time (originally she was meant to wear either 2 axes or 2 swords... but stupid developers didn't shove their stupid daggers into their butts)

Durin Caddash: Sereda oppened a chantry in Orzammar but it didn't end well since it converted too many people in Orzamar and end with Brother Burkel being assasinated. Bhelen made deals with Tevinter mages because the andastrian dwarves wanted to name Sereda as queen instead of Bhelen. Durin was one of those andastrian dwarves, he was Zerlinda's son in fact. The Tevinters were ordered to kill the blonde and do "whatever they want" with her wife. Sereda's paragon statue was defiled and Lelianna's hearth was permanently broken. Caddash clan had to return to their carta issues in the surface and hide from both Bhelen and Tevinters, this caused Durin to join the surface chantry as soldier and former inquisitor, he seeks revenge against all the Tevinter mages because he is a devote Andastrian.

Long post warning.

Galen Adaar is the son of two Ben-Hassrath agents, posing as Tal-Vashoth lovers, who were assigned to the area around Cumberland to gather intel on the city and the nearby Nevarran-Orlesian border.  Despite being born to Ben-Hassrath, Galen was never actually taught anything about the Qun growing up, only learning small bits and pieces after lengthy interrogations of his mother.  Galen suspects (rightly) that this was to help keep him from blabbing the truth when he was little, and that they may have introduced him to the Qun when he was older, had events in his life not proceeded as they did.   Whatever the reason, the young Qunari lived with his mother and helped her tend a farmstead she shared with several other (Human) families, while his father worked away from home as a mercenary.

Despite being an outcast among his peers,  two close friends were enough, though, and Galen counts his early childhood among some of his happier memories.  At age 11, however, things started to get complicated when Galen began showing signs of magical talent.  Realizing that their carefully-laid plans for their child were shot, Galen's parents were faced with a decision; they could send Galen back to Par Vollen, where he would either be killed or turned into a Saarebas, or they could turn him over to the Templars, like the Andrasteans were supposed to do.  In truth, the years they had spent "pretending" to be a family had lead Galen's parents to develop a great deal of affection for their son.  As much as they wanted to stay loyal to the Qun, the idea of their son becoming a Saarebas was...unacceptable, a sentiment Galen shared when he learned, later on, exactly what becoming a Saarebas entailed.

Instead, they chose to find him magical training elsewhere.  Between ages 11 and 18, Galen was trained by two apostates living in slums of Cumberland, their assistance paid for with fresh fruit and vegetables from the Adaars' personal share of the crops.  The training ended, however, when the apostates were discovered by Templars, and taken back to the Circle.

It was at this time that Galen's father came to him about a possible job with the Valo-kas mercenary company, and pressured him to join as an apprentice under one of the company's senior mages.  Galen agreed to the arrangement, and while the training was brutal, and the work, tough, he found that he enjoyed the action and the comraderie that came with being in the group.  Some of the members--the ones who were true Tal-Vashoth--were frightened of him and the other mages, but the rest welcomed him with open arms once he had proven his mettle.  They became like his family, even closer to him than he was to his own parents, who he felt had always been a little ill-at-ease with him, even before he had been discovered to be a mage.
