Ok,
I seem to have forgotten how to take the power cells off the crash mako below feros... I push enter on my keyboard nothing happens.. is there a glitch? what button do you push to pick something up isn't it "interact" button?

YES, it is still interact e or enter.. I guess last time I saved I already picked it up I gave up and had the power cells already lol..

As I remember its just the interact button though I think I may have had it glitch on me during one of my playthroughs. Did you kill al the Varren? If so, I'd load an earlier save. Also, its a Grizzly not a Mako.
