Crashing when? Can you actually start the game, or does this happen when it's loading?
Given google comes up with nada and you're consistently getting the same error, checking your install's integrity and/or re-installing seems to me like the first thing to try.

well it happened twice, with the gambling machines (one specific one) and the other time on the planet where you kill rakni in the erebus system, in the middle of nowhere theres a hive and if you drive over it a few bugs jump up and then I kill them and then a second wave comes (do not think its suppose to) and I shoot and it crashes
I hate this, I had quite a few level 60s finished a few years back but I no long have them and have been trying to redo them all and Im just about to give up.
