Wave 6 targets costed me 3 nukes so wave 8 and 9 went slower than I had liked, but not to bad time considering.

Now that i m here, i m trying the AIU venom solo vs cerb glacier;

I thought DAmmo wld be great for TB and atlas shield and stuns. But it felt really weak. And absolutley no TB in the Kill feed even using atlases for it on nemesises aso; I wonder if venom primes for TB at all... ?

 

WAmmo went really, really well, except for killing atlases, but that was kein problem until the targets.

Then do u guys, from cloak, shoot before SF taking into account the bugged cloak 6b? Seems charging, cloak, shoot SF, shot migth be the best sequence.

It can be done with a bit of luck also on maps like Glacier (I did it on hazard Glacier with the BatGuard/Reegar, but that was intense to say the least).

even the reegar+charge isnt enough most of the time

ithink peddro's test were done on host, but maybe it has been fixed anyway.

i felt the helplessness of it on glacier cerb... Those atlases take forever to kill with a venom for me.

Yes, a few times. The two I can remember about right now :

 

TGI with Harrier & Acolyte, on Jade. I had 2 missiles for wave 10, but used only 1 for the targets. This one was relatively easy, given this character's dps and his possibility to take a lot of damage with Stim Packs.

 

 

Asari adept with Arc pistol, on Giant. This one was quite hard, even more that I didn't have a pistol amp and so was using targeting VI. It costed me 1 missile, 1 ops and 4 gels (!).

 

 

 

Generally the strategy is to kill the first target with your missile to give you time, then brute force the 3 other by using your last thermal clips, ops and, if needed, gels. Usually you have to take big risks to succeed. A last advice that can help a little : when you kill the first target, try to kill only the target, so the next one will spawn alone and, with a little luck, on the other side of the map. 

 

However, if I was on PC, I would probably just rage-quit. Or more likely, targets would magically disappear.

A long while ago, I wanted to sub-30 with this character, my second favorite in MP. But I was unable to. Gave it another shot and while I got it on the first try, I am not pleased with how the solo went - 3 unfavorable objectives, lots of troll spawns and not very good missile usage. But it's 10 WS and hence the post. I may try for a sub-25 later.

jade felt worse despite the TGI. U cant stay in one spot for more than few secand constant usage of stims, pretty nice handling of them.

U went weight mod on the arc pistol ? maybe it meshes better with the arc pistol ?

I don'y usually nuke all of wave 10 targets, unless I have armor compartments. I usually use a thermal clip pack for the dps bonus or use warp cheese. Reapers are the easiest, as Banshees usually break apart from the group. Cerberus and Geth are the hardest as Atlas and Primes move really slow and take awhile to become isolated. As for Collectors, you're going to experience hell if you can't nuke those Praetorians. 

 

Bigger maps allow more time to separate enemies, Glacier and other small maps can be a PITA

It was just a matter of cooldowns. I was using piercing rounds (so no need of the piercing mod), and I find that the basic Arc pistol's mag is already quite good (18 bullets, so 6 fully charged shots). So I chose to keep my powers' recharge speed as high as possible, having in mind that I didn't have a pistol amp and so that spamming BEs as much as possible was a good way to compensate for that (it's also a good defensive option VS Phantoms and Dragoons).

 

In many cases the mag size is the best option on the Arc pistol but there are also a good number of situations where the piercing mod, the ULM or even the power magnifier are valid choices too. I find that only the heavy barrel is really mandatory on this gun.

2nd try, on my first try I managed to get sync killed by a Brute on wave 3 devices, haven't seen that sync kill animation in ages, it looks pretty fun so no big deal.

Managed to mess up the wave 10 hack, but I had 3 nukes left so it went pretty ok.

I have now done all Quarians and all Soldiers.

Only the damn Merc left.

It's not often, but sometimes the small margins are on your side when soling, that was an epic 10 WS I have to say

yeah, HB is also why passives are quite overated on those pistols. And i forgot the mag is quite ok as is. I feel sorry for you and your HS amp instead of the pistol one.

This means that I now have done all Human Defectors, Renegades & Special forces, all Engineers and all kits in the game.

Wave 10 targets again, but I had 3 nukes left and the last Atlas was taken down with lol Cain mine spam. Clean up took a very long time as I had no thermal clips and those doubble Banshees are annoying, but I was determined to finish with 10 WS.

Another positive thing is that I will never ever need to play the Merc again.
