This was a train wreck, get stuck on invisible obstacles on wave 7 which resulted in 5 deaths in a row, had to do waves 8-11 with 0 ops and 0 gels, no idea how I managed that.

Today I was trying to solo Rio/Collectors with the BF3 and I'm at my wits end. Any ideas? HSol is far superior than this piece of garbage. Carnage is laughable, at best.  What a waste he is. And he blocks half my screen. I can't even see my Claymore. Oof. Back to the drawing board...

Rio/Collectors is quite a challenge, and Rio is one shitty map to solo. When I soloed the BF3 I didn't put a single point into Carnage, AR and Nades is what I went with.

Gigant Hazard might be an easier map for it, not as many nades as you have on Rio but it's easier to do it on.

Collectors are amusingly ridiculous when soloing. Sorry NightSlasher, I don't know what you see in them. To make matters worse, they are SWARMED with Primes.

Tuchanka is a fail safe map, Patrick. Easy to funnel enenies, easy op waves. I want Rio dammit.

QFT. And I don't mind the double 40000+ armor tanks, but right now A-bombs and Captains are getting on my nerves. Also who, I mean WHO designed Carnage. This is beyond pathetic. Worst move EVAH in all video game history. It can't even finish off a husk. A 10 second skill and It can't gib a freaking zombie.

 

I'm calling it a day.

The Claymore Battlefield has a glorious sequence with disruptor rounds : shoot -Adrenaline Rush (so auto-reload)-shoot-Carnage (if the power use option in AR has been taken) = tech burst (whatever defense you're shooting at)-Frags = fire explosion. The problem with this build is that you need to run a 66660 or a 66653 spec to get its maximal efficiency, so you're a true glass cannon.      

 

That being said, Rio Collectors is going to be a pain in the ass with this character, whatever the build. I would probably switch to Reapers if I were you. A Claymore with any ammo with a damage bonus VS barriers can stop a Banshee pretty fast. Still a difficult solo.

 

If you make it, uploading the solo would be great, we lack videos with the Battlefield. I did myself a couple of Claymore Battllefield plat solos a long time ago but I wasn't happy with the gameplay and so didn't upload them.
