Anyway I was messing around with Barrier detonate Krogan Shaman yesterday, but didn't finish one. I also couldn't decide what setup to run with him. I noticed that there wasn't one done against Cerberus yet so maybe I will do that. Or I will just run him in Thunderdome.

I got great objectives and spawns in this run but played like crap and died a ton, so meh. I'll only upload video if anyone wants to see it.
Lol, still the 2nd fastest solo out of the 25 entries in the HoF for the Turian Sentinel. Also, you now have 6 of the top 10 fastest times for that kit.

Yeah, the Shaman is so versatile... i like a mix of melee, Barrier detonation, BE's and graal.

I was actually curious, which is the second slowest race in the HoF and what is their average time? I want to know how much slower the fat turians are than the next closest species. Or actually if it's not too much trouble or too annoying to pull these statistics, I'm kind of interested in knowing what the average times for all the species are and how they rank.
Well, a few clarifications first: Technically the Collector has the slowest average time of all the species but I didn't count it because that species was represented by only one kit. I also didn't include the AIU for a similar reason.
The Talon Merc, Phoenix twins, BF3 soldier and the N7 kits were all included with the original Humans (I know that seems obvious but I just want to be clear).
Here are the species' rankings for average time from fastest to slowest:
Drell (49:16), Asari (50:36), Batarian (51:17), Human (51:19), Vorcha (52:05), Geth (52:33), Quarian (54:04), Krogan (55:10), Salarian (58:41), Volus (60:06), Turian (61:48).
Edit: The Turian Sentinel and original Turian Soldier have a combined average time of 54:02, the Saboteur is close to that figure too - It's the Ghost, Cabal and Havoc that drag the Turians down.
If you consider the phoenix kits as a separate set (ex-Cerberus master race or something like that), they have an average time of ~49 mins. Slightly quicker than drell. Fabulous. Smashbros

On the other hand, the average time for salarians is quite high. Need to break them into top 5, at the very least. Time for Venom SE and SI to tour the galaxy (aka white, giant, glacier or the holy trio) getting rid of reapers and collectors.

Yes but I haven't kept track of how many I have submitted and also how many are logged, since the last time I looked at the list it wasn't completely updated, probably partly because it doesn't fit.

The best stat of all is that the Turians have the only recorded solos using the Eagle on the leaderboard.
I think someone did a solo at some point using an Infiltrator, but if I recall correctly it may have been the TGI which still preserves the purity.
Here is the updated weapon data now that I've added the details for Infiltrators (thanks loufi and ex-Clusum).
We have the weapon details for 678 of the 972 entries in the HoF.
Only 5 weapons have no entries in the HoF - Mattock, Locust, Incisor, Revenant, Indra.
Unsurprisingly, Arc Pistol solos have the fastest average time.
The most common weapons used in Platinum solos are:
1st: Acolyte (223)
2nd: Reegar Carbine (89)
3rd: N7 Hurricane (84)
4th: Venom Shotgun (67)
5th: Arc Pistol (51)
In solos where only one weapon was equipped the results are:
1st: Reegar Carbine (63)
2nd: Venom Shotgun (55)
3rd: Arc Pistol (47)
4th: Acolyte (26)
5th = Black Widow (23),
Javelin (23)

Three Turian Soldiers, one Turian Ghost and one spoilsport N7 Shadow have Eagle solos in the HoF.
Out of the total 62 weapons available only 6 have no entry in the HoF at the moment (Mattock, Locust, Incisor, Revenant, Carnifex, Indra).
Cato, did you look at me120's set of solos with the Drell infiltrator ? He didn't post them in the plat HOF because it would have taken too much space, but I think he has solo'd with something like 50 weapons. Maybe he has used some of the unused weapons you listed.

Some things you might want to consider:
The Asari Adept is the only one of her species not to have defended her home (Goddess) and no Asari Adept has beaten Collectors or Geth.
There's still no Drell Adept solo on Jade, I've been meaning to give that a try as it seems like a decent combo.
No Fury has defended any of the Earth maps, in fact the only maps completed by a Fury are the usual suspects - Giant, Glacier, Glacier (Hazard) and White. Plus, of the Earth maps, no N7 kit has ever solo'd London.
None of the four Volus have solo'd any of the following maps - Ghost, Ghost (Hazard), Goddess, Reactor (Hazard) or Rio.
If you fancy a speed run, Batarians are one of only two species to have no entries in the HoF under 30 minutes (Vorcha are the other).
Of the five kits you listed only the Volus Adept has solo'd using the Harrier.
No AA on Goddess, that's surprising. I was thinking of doing that map anyway.
Jade has too many **** objectives to be worth doing without modding, IMO.
I hate Fury, but I think I know a setup I will try with her.
That data on no N7 kit soloing London can't be right, because my Destroyer solo there was at least the third Destroyer on London (it was a Weekly challenge a long time ago).
