Agreed. I was really disappointed with the Belgians, they have such an abundance of talent but were neutralised fairly easily by the most ordinary Italy side in many years.

 

How do you feel about Giroud playing for France, Loufi? I read that he routinely gets boos or even cheers when he is substituted off the pitch yet his goalscoring record is better than any other French player, even Benzema.

I think Giroud is a good player. He's an excellent "pivot", that the team can use when they need to lenghten the passes or to find a bearing. His abilities as a striker are solid, not only with the head, and he's usually well positioned when centres arrives in the penalty area or when a ball "hang around" in it. Besides, as you said, at equal number of caps, he has scored more goals than Benzema. All in all I find that he's totally legitimate as the France's centre-forward.

 

I never liked Benzema, despite him starting his career in the club I support (Lyon). He's indeed capable of doing more things than Giroud when he has the ball in the feet, but I've always found that the number of races toward the goal he does is insufficient, as well as his defensive participation. He's useless when his partners centre in the penalty area, and basically unable of scoring a goal with the head. Last but not least, his personality is terrible, so I'm happy that this guy doesn't represent my country.

Yikes, the fastest Fury solo........by a long way - almost 4 minutes faster than the previous best (by N7-Gerbil). In fact, there are only 6 faster platinum solos of any kind in the HoF.

ok giroud is not so bad, but those headers today .... he is really limited, thats why he s not liked much. I mean, he can be really  good at time, but he is more often under par. But as a target man, he does the job mostly.

 

As for Benzema, i m quite surprise you R harsh with him. He s really talented in all area of the game imo (ok, not so many headers i guess), and more usefull to real than Bale. We talk Real Madrid here, not arsenal or lyon or Montpelier. He lacks charisma and made some bad calls with that valbuena story. But he has an exemplary career on the pitch, always with the right spirit, mostly not complaining and not diving and making far more defensive work than Bale and Ronaldo together. At some point, he was really carrying all the lyon team on his shoulders. U have not those kind of carrer in 2 of the best european teams without both talent and composed mentality

I don´t think so. I didn´t find his name in platinum solo list. Maybe he´s more like a regular PUG.

This **** ruins my second Geth solo, so I ask here: what causes the ladder bug, and how to counteract it? When I climb the Ghost ladder (climbing upwards of course), the character just stuck on the ladder with the climbing animation, going nowhere, of course the Geth arrive and kill me, and getting out of the whole stunlock situation takes at least one gel and two ops, which can cost the solo run (it just did, I ran out of time on the targets thank to this ****, even using consumables on this doesn't worth it). I am circling the map clockwise (if my spawning point is the six) so getting up on that is vital (counterclockwise there are no ladders, but it is harder). I have never encountered this before.

I have no recurent problem like this. So its a random bug imo.

U talking the big one or the small one? U sure it s harder counterclock wise ? Yeah, i think i end up doing it clockwise too, but havent had the problem more than once or twice.
