Packages, Packages, Devices.  This was after failing too many times against Collectors on this map with **** objectives.  Like sucky devices on 3 over and over.  Escorts through turret farms on 6.  Devices on 10.  The best one was Devices, Hack, Hack where screwed glitching the elevated central hack and blew my last consumables holding it.  Died on cleanup.

 

Wish I could have found a good starting spot to group Wave 8 decently, but they were always split into bs groups that were hardly worth missiles.

Another (not so) wee stat update:

 

Thanks to ex-Clusum, TheTechnoTurian and artvandalay81 the only weapons with no entries in the HoF now are the Indra and Incisor.

 

Thanks to TheNightSlasher the only species with no sub-30 times in the HoF is now Vorcha.

 

The most commonly seen weapons in Platinum solos are as follows:

Only 13 weapons have ever been equipped during sub-30 solos - Acolyte, Arc Pistol, Black Widow, Collector SMG, GPS, Javelin, Wraith, Talon, Hurricane, Piranha, Reegar, Venom, Scorpion.

 

28 of the 59 kits have been used for sub-30 solos - some surprising omissions from that group include the Batarian Adept & Soldier, the Drell Adept and Krogan Soldier.

 

The 3 most popular kits (Geth Trooper, Geth Infiltrator & Turian Ghost) have been used in a total of 193 solos - more than the 23 least popular kits combined.

 

The two most popular maps (Giant & White) have been used for a total of 516 solos - more than all the other maps combined.

It's weird for the Indra, it's a good weapon. For the Incisor... I find it decent on the Tsol. Sounds like a job for Techno  !

 

Sub 30 with one of the two vorcha flamers is doable. I got a 34:58 with the vorsent on Giant, with the Acolyte. So I'm pretty sure that a PC player using the Reegar on Glacier could get a sub-30 without a lot of trouble.

 

The Claymore will rank up soon, I did 5 solos with this gun these last days  .

The Acolyte has had a huge influence on those stats, of course. However, I still think it's fair to say that Sniper Rifles are not considered a great choice for Platinum solos by most players.

Well, there are still no sub-30 solos on the following maps - White (Hazard), Goddess, Hydra, Jade, Vancouver, Dagger, Dagger (Hazard), Reactor & Reactor (Hazard). They are all out of my league but there are definitely a few players here who could manage it.

 

Notable absentees from the collection of weapons with sub-30 solos are the Claymore, Raider & Harrier.

 

The following map/class combos still have no entries in the HoF - Dagger/Adept, Ghost (Hazard)/Adept & London/Engineer.

 

I'm sure I can dig up some more combinations still to be completed.

Yeah TNS just did a sub-30 in London with his Reegar Batguard, so it's doable in those maps too.

Hard to go sub 30 with the Harrier because you have 2 extra minutes of running to ammo boxes.
