Alright, how about this. A solo using the kit, weapon, map & enemy with the fastest average times in the HoF:
Plotting vs fps would be at least as instructive.

edit: Do you keep track of platform in this data set of yours? If so it would be interesting to pull out the weapon and character list from the xbox only and then compare it to the list at large.

No. I suppose I could add that but it might take a wee while.
Well, there are still no sub-30 solos on the following maps - White (Hazard), Goddess, Hydra, Jade, Vancouver, Dagger, Dagger (Hazard), Reactor & Reactor (Hazard). They are all out of my league but there are definitely a few players here who could manage it.
Notable absentees from the collection of weapons with sub-30 solos are the Claymore, Raider & Harrier.
The following map/class combos still have no entries in the HoF - Dagger/Adept, Ghost (Hazard)/Adept & London/Engineer.
I'm sure I can dig up some more combinations still to be completed.
Hard to go sub 30 with the Harrier because you have 2 extra minutes of running to ammo boxes.

Not sure what the breakdown between system is, but I was guessing xbox would have more entries relative to PS3, hence why I called it out specifically. Don't know what the relative numbers between pc and xbox are. Strictly speaking the xbox data are probably more robust, but that is a story for another day.

The bigger user base for sure, but the PS3 has a good number of entries in the HOF with cato, dida or myself, among others. Well, that's also true for the XBox with Invader, Caineghis, Salmon, HeroicMass or Shadrach. I guess there's a match.
Giving the archive a quick scroll, I would say that the total number would lean towards PS3, however most of me0120's solos are not included with the DAI.
Also, doing a quick date search, which I am sure it a little off, gives a result of solos by year of:
2012 - 114
2013 - 376
2014 - 591

OK. I thought PS3 would win based on the HOF, since me0120's DI solos aren't included in it. But according to your data the Xbox doesn't even need his solos to win the consoles match.

I did some solos these last days, to help PS3 becoming the console master !
First, double dose of turian sentinel (no, I'm not trying to seduce Techno 
), both with Lancer, my usual weapon on him.
