I honestly think my best odds of 10 waves survived against Geth would be with a KroLord. My only two attempts both resulted in 5 Waves survived, and I was screwing up all over the place.
I doubt I'd be able to make it more than a few waves with the Krogan Warlord, I'm god awful with that kit. You should go for it though, only two players have ever managed 10 waves survived against Geth.

Obviously I felt a bit masochistic because I choose Geth. I believe this was just my second one against them. Played very safely and even wave 9 was quite smooth without missiles. Objectives were escort, hack, devices.

My first 10 WS vs. Geth. Got brutal objectives on w6 and w10 (both targets) but somehow managed it without dying.
However, a phantom got the better of me on extraction though:

Depends on the character. If biotic, I will use warp ammo, otherwise disruptor or incendiary (if I can cheese).

ex-Clusum, TheNightSlasher and myself are the only players to have completed at least 10 solos against each enemy. And with his latest solo, TheNightSlasher has become the first player to have at least one 10 Waves Survived solo against all four enemy factions.

I think there were 2 units left. 1 banshee and a phantom. Banshee TP'd up on the railings and figured she'd get stuck so I went to focus on the phantom.. ****** faked it and tp backed down to grab me. This would have been my fastest time... I can't redo since I'm out of Cyclonics. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
First Human Engineer Plat solo of mine. Without a cyclonic mod on hand I used an adrenaline mod. Made some stupid mistakes, but survived. Objectives pizza, escort, hack (of course the damn middle hack on the top of the map).

I feel ya pain! But on the bright side: if you made it to wave ten clean-up, it should work in another try soon. And BTW: my "fastest" time is 70 minutes...

I only made it to wave 7, a Pyro respawned directly behind me and that was that.
Wrote it in the "one tip for the loading screen" thread: if that doesn't happen to you at least once in a game with pyros, you are not doing it right!

Since I rarely avoid targets to eliminate these days, I decided for this one to keep 4 missiles fo wave 10... and got indeed targets 
. Stupid objectives confirmed stupid.
