Doesn't radius on shockwave have some bug? I always thought so, and hence never used it.

Yes capn had created a thread about that. Apparently it's glitchable on both PC and consoles (I mean, whatever the FoV). But, yes, it probably requires a dodge.

The radius evo is only bugged on PC. Repeated use of the power will eventually mean enemies aren't affected by it at all, I'm not sure how long you get with the working version though.
