This was my first game since September 7th (I blame/thank cato for my return).

I felt like an impaired Batarian (in game as well). I kept trying to crouch and run by pressing down the left joystick :/ 

 

Overall, I chose an easy kit since I hadn't played in a while. With this, I've solo'd with all Batarians and just need an engineer solo to have solo'd with all classes. RNG was awesome [(no sarcasm) For real] EHH. Time was meh, but it's actually my quickest solo vs Collectors and quicker than my 70 mins pedestrian average solo time. lol

 

I feel like cato-stats should be an integral part of this thread!

There have been 24 Adept solos against Collectors and your time almost exactly matches the average (57:35), but you easily beat the average time for a Collectors solo on Giant (68:57), good job.

Hack, Packages, Escort as per comments yesterday.  I had more trouble than I expected with this solo despite having done Condor two times before, albeit with "easy" characters.

Hack, Hack, Hack.  The time before this was Wave 6 and 10 Devices in which a Phantom got clever and hid above the third device.  I don't think I fired the Hurricane in this run at all.

So this means I need to document London and I should have all maps documented.  Already showed all hazard.  Also incidentally with the Jugg post a few pages I should be listed for all Geth.  I know I have done at least one in every class and Soldier is the closest single class to being completed.  Need to show one for Destroyer, Bat Soldier (did both before though), BF3 and QMark.

Also, your average time is 48:47. Of all players with at least five entries in the HoF only 12 have a faster average time, while 25 are slower than you. Just imagine where you'd be without Prestacious's devilish challenges.

Well done, capn, another record broken - that's the fastest ever Reactor solo.

 

Also, you're right about needing those four soldiers to complete that class but you only need four Infiltrators to complete that one too (Human, Asari, Drell & Shadow).

Characters from Retaliation DLC have completed the most solos at 284, followed by the Original Game characters, at 255. However, after adjusting for the number of kits released with each DLC, Resurgence characters become the most popular solo choice (average of 24 solos per kit), followed by Reckoning (average of 21.6 solos per kit). Using either measuring method still results in Rebellion being the least popular, with only 51 solos (average of 8.5 solos per kit).

 

194 different players have completed Platinum solos but only 84 have had the skill/patience/insanity to complete more than one.

 

The fastest species by average time is Drell (49:31), while the slowest is the poor Turians again (63:13).

 

The fastest solo on Condor took three times longer to complete than the fastest Glacier solo - both achieved by ex-Clusum.

 

Despite Adepts having the fastest average time among the 6 classes, they are the only class not to hold a fastest time record for any map.

LOL. Actually, I didn't do all 11 that day. I did 8 or 9 that single day. The remaining 2-3 were solos from the previous week or so.

 

I was terribly sick that day and was unable to sleep or do anything worthwhile. So, I spent the time doing plat solos.

Yep, that is the fastest Condor solo, by quite a distance. The previous record was 60:56. Well done...........although it did instantly invalidate one of my factoids above, oh well.

You didn't count Heldarion's sub-18 because it was modded ? Clusum got escort, pizzas, pizzas for his 19:32 Glacier solo, so I would say that objectives were almost equivalent.

Yeah, as loufi pointed out above Heldarion/Alquin does have the fastest Glacier solo but it was in the modded category so I missed it.

Before this I did a Destroyer v Reapers on London.  It was a ****** and took many attempts, but I recorded it and will upload it tomorrow.  I had to turn Devastator Mode off and on so many times it felt like I activated the power more than the total number of times I have played Destroyer in team games.

There are no good objectives on this map, except for a hack that spawns close to your location, and one that is cheesed. I probably should've used a missile on wave 5 for quicker time. My wave 10 clean up was horrible, as I used the 4 missiles left to take out 4 enemies. Wave 6 targets was a bit cumbersome too.

meh meh meh time might redo this for sub-30 someday cuz this is easy, but during this run i got targets in w3, wasted 4 missiles because I'm not patient, got pissed in w5 for no real reason and wasted the next two missiles then blew all 6 thermal clips packs and two medigel in w5 because I got sick of listening to that banshee scream ****, then got devices in w10. Guess you can get by on Rio w/o thermal clips packs but I did waste a bunch of time by using all my missiles by w5 since asariguard's deepz against baws units isn't that great even with lift spam, and it's nice having the instant refill 9 lolgrinades button.

0nick2001 has the fastest Glacier solo with with 16:29, and second fastest with 17:18. Both were probably objective-modded (that was the accusation back in the days, anyway and I think it's quite likely) and other hackusations failed to come up with anything substantial.

Destroyer

Packages, Hack, Escort.  This was a pretty tough combo to do.  Before when I did London I just used TGI, and when I did Destroyer before it was against Cerberus on Giant.  I respec'd out of MFG into Ex-Wife.  Took a lot of attempts.  Unglitched hacks were the worst.  Devices I got were not bad since I never got the lame one by the APC.  Turned off Devastator mode many times to run and tried to utilize the side hop and then free reload when it activates as well.

 

Including this one I should have submitted a solo for ever map.
