TGI with Lancer vs Cerberus. Was hoping for a sub 40 but got such shitty objectives with Devices on both wave 3 and 10, wave 6 was a hack. Spawn nukes was a fail as well.

Tell me about it... Just did Venom QME plat solo vs Cerb (will post at some point here) that should've been a roflstomp but I got devices on 3 and 10, and one of them was literally all the way down to the wire (capped the device with like 5 seconds remaining), and the final time ended up being like 48min. Rng pls... If we could mod objectives on console I would totally do it, RNG is ******* evil.

 

*also failed to get a single KS, which is sort of impressive since Venom QME gets killstreaks without even trying

I feel your pain, the objective RNG is brutal. But I would never mod anything myself anyway - wouldn't really feel like an accomplishment if I had to trivialize the hard part of soloing.

My first sub 40 solo finally done - TGI/Harrier vs Cerberus.

Again shitty objectives with devices on wave 3 and 10. Wave 6 was pizza which was lucky as it's the easy mode Cerberus wave.

With some better objective luck and less scrubby game play on my side I could have reduced with a few more minutes (mainly less scrubby game play I guess )

Should have taken AC V and nuked wave 9 atleast 3-4 times  . Waves 4 and 7 was mildly frustrating but not too bad. The other waves were a lot of fun.

 

In hindsight, I feel I was very conservative with my missiles too. Then again, hindsight is 20/20. This also ended up being faster than my solos with the same setting but with Saber. I might redo that one again.

You can easly sub 40 many of the setups you already have soloed on white, but you need to stop holding back 4 nukes for w10, and be a bit more agressive.

Could be possible, main focus up to now have been to scrub my way through the kits I wanted to solo, now I can start to relax a bit and go for faster times, don't matter as much if I fail with kits already done from playing more aggressive, let's see if I can manage some more

Passives - Max weapon damage & headshot bonus

Fitness - Max Shields and health

 

If I were to redo this, I would pick accuracy on rank 4 of marksman instead of firing rate.

Geth trooper with Venom vs Cerberus for my 2nd sub 40 - had that taken 6 more seconds I would have been slightly upset

Objectives were Escort, Pizza, Hack

The hack right in the center of the map took me 4:30 to complete and really bad luck with the missilies - but it's sub 40 which for a scrub like me is quite an accomplishment.

The only real danger despite the Venom for me where the Dragoons. I used Disruptor rounds for this but I'm thinking Incindiary might be better?

So no full stability. Seems it still worked quite fine. I sucked with argus and only the weapon stab mod both on our omega run (vorcha soldier) and on one of set 9 duos (serie 2)

I used hard cover a lot when dealing with mooks.

 

I found out that max stability isn't really needed, especially when using it on a marksman.The first burst will stagger almost all humanoid enemies (I say almost all because lolphantoms) or force them to do a combat roll or side hop. So, even without max stability, you can land headshots on the second burst very consistently. Bosses have bigger hitboxes, so they are straight forward.

 

I actually played the Vorcha Soldier too in that Omega challenge (in a prev run). I went with ext barrel + stab mod for the gun, and barrage upgrade. With those two, it was quite great actually.

Apparently, Illusive Man was disappointed that his cerBS units couldn't cheat overload like bombers do. So, he's started to modify dragoons. They are now able to overcome overload stagger within fraction of seconds. Next, they'll ignore it completely, after which casting overload on them will stagger the player instead. 

 

If I do 7 more collector solos, I would've done 20% of the collector solos in this thread. Obviously, this is assuming no one submits a collector solo and I am fairly certain that's not going to happen.

I might try them again, have only soloed them once but I liked them. The seeker swarms sucks but I like the low amount of double banshee waves with them (and I have been doing a bit to much of Cerberus lately)

Spitfire GT has pretty good DPS - so w10 targets weren't a huge issue. After nuking the first one, I had plenty of time to take down the other three.

kalence says 10.8 secs. But I mostly just pulsed it to stop abombs. It was ~ 2-3 secs or so when pulsing.
