Yes, it's very impressive game play - but I've never seen the Reegar do that much damage, killing a Banshee in one clip etc.

What frame rate is it done on?

Shotgun amp 3, max weapon passives, warp debuff/pierce and AF debuff combined with the +50% 6/6 BE and inc4+warp is a lot of damage!

The game looks really good I have to say, I wish I could run it with that high graphics settings!

I think reapers are better then cerb with that setup, cos you can stop the banshee in it`s tracks and kill it, in the time it takes to strip the shields of a atlas.

I nuked w6 cleanup on my justicar venom runs, cos the 2 atlases takes to long to kill.

Indeed, once you get down to their armor they die fast, but their Shields with the Venom and biotics takes forever, might try that on the Reepers later on instead.

So I decided to try this Valkyrie/Reegar business and it ended up as my quickest solo to date.

Objectives were Escort, Targets, Hack.

Luckily targets was wave 6, which like Cerberus is the easy mode wave for Reapers. I got the hack in the middle of the map down the stairs on wave 10 which took me a few minutes to complete, had to circle the map a few times, and unlike Cerberus that only have Atlases those Primes really suck vs Reapers.

Probably my most relaxed solo to date as well, didn't care as much as usual and played more aggressively than I usually do.

Just realized that I only miss the Krolord for all Krogans done. It's not exactly a kit I look forward to as I guess he will mainly be an "OP gun run" kit, his melee is just so damn risky.

What do you say, is he just a gun run kit or is a more melee focused run a good idea? Which map/faction/build would you recommend?

u could test a venom melee build to stay on topic i guess, Graal being more lore friendly, but less staggering

Nah Patrick, you can't do that ! 50 melee kills medal or you will be considered as a pyjak on Tuchanka and your krantt will ban you ! 

 

Personally I went White / Cerberus with Venom. The strategy was simple : chase Phantoms, shoot at their feet and then heavy melee to kill them.  I skipped Electric Hammer, went full melee damage in fitness and equiped disruptor rounds for additional stagger, good damage VS shields (biotic hammer deals well with armor) and quickly stop Banshees. Whatever your build, be sure that your melee can kill a Phantom after a Venom shot. 

 

It's quite a risky strategy but if you use the scanner, nuke double Banshees waves and abuse ramps it's not that hard (I got it at first attempt iirc). Using an adrenaline module instead of a cyclonic can help too (that's what I did), but then it makes certain waves harder... I think it's up to personal preference for the best armor bonus to use.

One of the worst solos I have ever done, 5 deaths on wave 9 due to massive scrubbiness.

Objectives were Hack, Targets, Escort.

Will take a break from it for some days, just didn't enjoy it at all tonight, hopefully it will be more fun after a break.

Thanks for watching. That wave 3 escort made me rage almost to the point of quitting, since I used 2 or 3 medigel or something. I think it's the first viper only solo recorded in the HOF, at least, though there are other solos with viper being used (viper + shuriken Drell Adept, for the themed challenge thread)

Played the Reapers after quite some time. Could have been at least five minutes faster because one of my missiles only got air in wave 10 trying to eliminate two Banshees that camped a device. That's why I had to use my final missile to clear the device and then had to finish the wave off the hard way - which took a few more minutes than I would've liked.

 

Objectives: pizza, pizza, devices. A bit annoying: I got my last three devices all in the building opposite to the LZ, which already lead to more kiting than I had hoped...
