Nice! Yes he's awsome, but I'll recommend also trying the Batarian Vanguard, he's got speed and mobility combined with great Health/barriers and DR.

Getting sub-30 with the Justiciar without cheesing the objectives is difficult. It's possible for sure but the window is likely very tight. You would probably need to do the perfect solo, and get 3 escorts.

I'm not sure how Cato did it. 

 

As for me, I first check the final screen to see if they have a weapon medal. So, if you have a SMG medal but not a pistol medal when using smg+pistol combo, the former becomes primary. If you have silver smg medal and bronze pistol medal, smg is primary. And so on.

 

If there are no weapon medals or if the medals are of the same type, then I simply base it on how the player submits the solo - first weapon is primary. It's not the best way to go about it but it's something.

Some of the hacks are great also, some wave 3 hacks is great as the Justicar have the capability to kill everything fast (it's just one Banshee and mooks after all). I've been 2 minutes away from it with non perfect objectives, but yes getting devices on any wave or targets wave 6 or 10 makes it really difficult, or Pizzas on the other side of the map.

I'll keep trying though at some future point, right now I need a break from it

My obsessive goal is to first manage a sub 30 with no glitching/cheesing, if I pull that off I'll happily glitch all hacks I can in the future, and possibly even pizza run....

Assuming an average solo length of 35 mins, PS3 needs ~21 solos to beat the current PC avg time. (16 solos if you can get that average closer to 30 mins)

 

And I hope Bateman gets his sub-30 soon and indulges himself in the noble art of cheesing to push that number higher and higher...

Well, if we take into account the different loading times, PS3 is actually already faster than PC !
