One question: Is full extraction requested in the solos?
I think you can make do with partial extraction.

The Training Exercise was a bit of a grind, but once the medals were earned, it turned into a fun game, Phase Disrupting all the Snap Freeze'd Geth was very gratifying.
Idenna's Revenge was fun too, Rusty really made the Disciple look good.
