I was checking through the old BSN to find a link to the signature edition rewards for DA2 but my registered content page is completely empty. None of my DLC for any of my games is showing up despite having the ultimate edition of DA:O, most of DA2, most of ME2, and most of ME3's DLC. I wouldn't mind as much if it weren't for the fact that I know you have to download the ME2 DLC directly from the site to install it. Thoughts?

It sure is. I've been on origin support for the past hour or so trying to fix things or at least get access to things through Origin should I ever try to download from there. Is there a Bioware specific support system? I've never seen anything for one.

I have the exact same problem, just a blank page. I wanted to try and install some of the dlc manually since it not working via Origin. Tried getting it fixed for several months via EA Support but finally gave up on it. They managed to get my DAO UE DLC to download via Origin but I can't play them and some of the ME2 DLC won't download.

Reach out to BioWare.  They may be able to fix the bugs that are making the entitlement pages bomb out on you.

I have the same Problem. No registered content  (and i had all Dragon age Dlc' s you can get). I can install the Dlcs i have buy long ago from Origin. But i can't buy any new  Dlc's for the Mass effect triology who i play now the first time. My EA ticket is in waiting line for months now .

I tried to get my DAO ll DLCs from both places by the BioWare where they are listed after I registered my Game and on my Origin Launcher where they are all listed. I just bought $20.00 of BioWare Points and both places show I have enough money-"Points. It can not finish the purchase. The free Package went right into the game...I did not even have to download them so weird! My DAO game can not download any DLCs either.

I decided I wanted to reinstall DAO 2 and play it again before Inquistion came out so came to BSN to download all the DLC I had purchased but the "Your registered game content" page is all blank. I have purchased just about everything for both DAO, DAO2, ME2, ME3... but nothing is showing up.  I can see all dlc content for ME3 in Origin. But rest is gone.

Has this Problem solved for anybody in the meantime?  The Problem stay for at last 4 months in my account.

I waiting for any kind of response for months now. Its frustrating...

Have you tried adding your DAO CD key to the Origin client? That should give you the game and allow you to download the DLC.

That didn't solve my Problem.

I registret DAO in Orgins now. But all DLCs I owned for DAO are not registred. The Orgin account only give me the possibility to buy them again. I don't test if this work, because i have spend money for this stuff long ago. So the DAO DLCs are lost for me , and I owned all.

I still can't buy DLCs for Mass Effect 2 and 3 and my "registred contend" site is still blank.

Yep the same thing for me as well. Its been a long time and wanted to get my game ready for the new one coming out and  nothing is showing up for my entitlements. I bought all the games too and had the special armor and and other stuff etc.

Yes, my games are digital downloads so Origin have a correct key. EASupport gave me a new key for DAO UE since nothing else worked and I made a complete reinstall and regedit for the new key. But even when I after could download the DLC via Origin and the game show them as installed it also offers me to buy them. Which I can't. And of course I can't play them. And some of the ME2 DLC I own I can't download via Origin and the few things I don't own I can't buy.

Do you also get the message "General Error: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." every time you try to buy a DLC via Orgin client or BSN Shop?

Contact EA support. See if they can help

You should check if you have the DA service running.

Contact EA support. See if they can help

I Contact EA Support more than 2 months ago. There say its a Problem by the Developer Studio (=Bioware) and that there can't do anything from EA side to solve this problem. That was the first and last response i ever get.

 

 

 

 

(Ed.: I habe noticed today: Every time i logged in my Profil the Popup invitation for the new BSN forum "pop up". Is that normal?  Sometime i have the suspicion that my whole account is badly borken.)
