Assuming it would be some multiplayer bonus content, what kind of bonus would you guys prefer?
A little starting fund of platinum to get a headstart with the store system? Early gear unlocks? Some crafting materials?
I for one wouldn't prefer either of those to be honest. At the start, the available gear pool is so large that even a small platinum fund wouldn't do much good. Early gear unlocks is mostly a very shortlived bonus as you'd unlock them quite fast either way, unless of course those boni were high-end gear, in which case they might make it too easy at the start with presumably powerful gear and would screw up the natural learning curve of the game. Lastly, crafting materials would be subpar because most people will have to spend some time experimenting to catch on how the crafting system works, possibly all but wasting the precious bonus materials in the process.
Any ideas?
