Pft, horses? The Qun demands cataphract elephants.
Elephants? pfft, the Qun may use elephants, but the Tal Vashoth? They use something FAR FAR better

Even if so, as I hope, they'll still end up selling less DLC than they would have with the DLCs coming out earlier. The percentages are said to consistently decline over time. I don't think the effect is all that huge for an RPG, though. Not sure if I agree that people will have moved on by then. Of course it depends on how great the game is. Bethesda was releasing DLC for Skyrim a year after the initial release that sold well. If this game is a smash-hit there will be people playing it six months to a year after it's release in probably large numbers.
An army of pizza delivering ninja's, obviously.
To be perfectly fair, I think a Bronto mount needs to be included for the dwarven Inquisitor. Elfs got their Halla, Human/Vashoth got the armored horse, Mages/Evil Inquisitors have the Bog Unicorn, but there's nothing specific for the dwarven ones.
They announced a war nug, which will fit my dwarf perfectly
Necroing my own thread because there's still no word on this. When asked on Twitter, the response was "check the official channels for DAI news", well, guess what I did and guess what I found.
So if any BioWarian in this forum can shed light into these alleged DLC, that'd be great.
Two words: Season... Pass.... one can dream... (probably not going to happen)
Most definately not going to happen.

I think it will allow Skyhold to transform into Optimus Prime and stomp out those snobby Orlais nobles.

If only Loghain had known that, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
There's also the "3 digital in-game items" advertised here that we don't know about.

Really, more digital items? To collect them will be a pain in the *** as i see, just like in DA: II

Nah, that was obviously Cailan's fault. He misread Ostagar as "Optimus" and was under the belief that most of the ruins were secretly Autobots, hence why he had Loghian perform a snipe hunt and search the Tower of Ishal for them...
Not that Loghain wouldn't have minded some giant robots on his side...
Hmmm...so I checked out Amazon today, because (shame on me) I havent yet pre-ordered the game. So I'd get that special pre-order-bonus, "Inquisition armour", for buying at amazon. Okay, nice.
But what exactly is about that Deluxe edition that makes it about 25 € more expensive? I don't see content worth that much money ... some rather stupid mounts? (Halla, unicorn, some horse?), a bunch of weapons (are they balanced? Those DLC-pack-weapons for DA2 were so good you never really needed others anymore...), the soundtrack (I'll write the evil thing: it will be "available" at youtube shortly after release anyway...)
Maybe I am missing something? Just point me at it ...but if that above is true, I see no reason to buy that deluxe edition ... standard game is expensive enough I'd say
I feel BioWare may have forgotten about this extra bonus ![]()

The total lack of communication about that alleged DLC certainly gives room for that impression.
Let's hope it's something "MWAHAHAHAHA" and not some "Meh".
I still wonder if part of the other content will be a Rogue and Mage version of the Flame of the Inquisition Armor.
So far it seems that armor will only be for Warriors which kind of feels like Rogue and Mages are missing out on special Armor from delux edition.
Multiplayer packs, most likely. Singleplayer stuff has been known about for ages now. Nothing else really makes sense as to why it was not already revealed.
still not yet announced.
Hopefully it's not some added DLC, like Shale (the golem) from DAO was.
If it is just a trinket I am happy to just have the Standard edition. No need to drop another 15% in money for some useless mounts and thrones etc.
The flames weapons for preorder is enough for me.
Too bad they didn't tell what the extra dlc was when they released the video with the system requirements. They said you should pre-order the deluxe edition, but they don't even explain what is in it. (I have pre-ordered the deluxe so I'm only curious to the additional content to be announced).
